[English follows to Japanese] 【概要】 私たちは、AIロボットの社会実装を、基盤モデルの開発を通じて実現することの意味と使い方について、正しく理解し、適切に表現すること。を使命として、2024年末に設立された一般社団法人です。 総額205億円のNEDOプロジェクトを通してロボット基盤モデルを完成させ、世界へ展開していくことを目標としています。 【募集背景】 フィジカルAI開発の成否を握る「高品質な学習データ」の収集・生成を加速させるため、現場運営の要となり、国内外のリーディングカンパニーやアカデミアと連携して物理UI/UXの革新を牽引するマネージャー／リーダーを募集します。協会運営を支えるコアメンバーとして、未来の基幹産業を自らの手で形にしたい方の参画をお待ちしています。 【仕事の概要】 「あなたのロボット操作が、世界を変える。あなたの手でAIに命を吹き込みませんか？」 最先端のフィジカルAIを搭載した自律型ロボットの社会実装を加速させるため、「学習データ（人間によるお手本）の（操作ログ）」を収集・生成する極めて重要な役割を担っていただきます。 リーダーデバイスとよばれる専用コントローラー(以下、リーダーデバイス）を駆使してロボットを遠隔操作し、物の運搬、受け渡しといった日常タスクから部品の組み立てなどの産業界でのタスクの試行を通じて、ロボットが「どう動くべきか」を学習するための高品質な教師データを提供し、物理UI/UXの改善に直接貢献するプロフェッショナルな業務です。 【主な業務内容】 高精度ロボット・テレオペレーション 専用コントローラー（物理デバイス、VR、ハプティクスデバイス等）を用いて、ロボットアームや本体の動作を精密に制御します。 家庭や店舗・工場などを模した環境で、把持、移動、配置などのタスクを遂行し、AIに「正解の動き」を教え込みます。 AI学習データの収集・アノテーション・生成・評価 AIが物理世界を正しく認識・行動するための高品質な操作データを構築。操作中の違和感やエラーを記録し、エンジニアチームへ詳細なフィードバックを実施します。 物理UI/UXの改善提案 実際の操作感に基づき、ロボットの可動域、エンドエフェクタ（手先）の形状、操作インターフェースの改善案を提示し、プロダクトの進化をリードします。 Requirements 【応募資格】 必須要件（MUST） 20名以上のアルバイトスタッフ管理経験をお持ちの方（オペレーションスタッフ管理のため） 操作スキル: ゲームコントローラーや精密機器の操作に抵抗がなく、細やかな作業が得意な方。 知識・経験：カイゼン活動のご経験が豊富な方（オペレーション立ち上げ期のため） 技術スキル：電子機器のメンテナンス、スマホ修理、PC自作、家電修理、工場のライン保全など マインド: 単純な繰り返し作業の中でも、常に「より効率的な動き」を追求できる探究心のある方。テクノロジーによる社会貢献にワクワクできる方。 言語： 日本語力: ネイティブレベル（チーム連携や実証実験での接客・解説を円滑に行えること）。 英語力: 基礎レベル（不問）＋
