求人内容 【募集背景】 SPS(Smart Power Stage)製品は、2025年から2030年にかけて大幅な需要成長が見込まれており、特にAI サーバー向けの需要が急増しています。これらのデバイス、特にPT(Power Tower Module)やVPS(Vertical Power Stage)等のEmbedded型VPSにはCu-RDLや裏面メタル、Siの極薄化等の中間工程が必須であり、他社との差別化にも有効となってきます。 ルネサスでは、社内製造の強化を進めており、その一環として、これら中間工程の技術開発を進め、内製化により、中間工程から後工程の生産能力確保、LT短縮を図っていく計画です。これらの内製化は、顧客からも強く要請されてもいます。今後、製造コスト削減、開発期間の短縮を図りながら、性能の最大化を推進するためのチップレット技術にもRDLやバンプ等の中間工程がなくてはならない技術となってきています。内製化に当たり、種々のWETプロセス技術が必要であり、特に、CuTiエッチングや裏面Siエッチングの技術開発、量産化を推進する事が可能な人材を募集いたします。WETプロセスに詳しい人材を獲得する事で、中間工程、裏面工程のプロセス開発、内製化が促進されるだけでなく、OSATでのトラブル時の対応にも貢献する事が可能となります。 この度、新部署立ち上げのため下記4分野で募集をしています。 【職務内容】 ①WETプロセスエンジニア ・新製品の中間工程・後工程のWETプロセス開発推進 ・WETプロセス開発に基づく技術対応・報告 ・製造ラインの立上げ・量産移行支援 ・製品の品質・歩留まり改善活動の推進 ・WETプロセス関連の新材料、新工法適用の技術開発支援 ・WETプロセス関連関連の従来プロセスのコストダウン活動への支援 ②インテグレーションエンジニア ・新製品の中間工程・後工程のプロセス開発推進 ・プロセス開発に基づく技術対応・報告 ・製造ラインの立上げ・量産移行支援 ・製品の品質・歩留まり改善活動の推進 ・新材料、新工法適用の技術開発支援 ・従来プロセスのコストダウン活動への支援 ③メタル成膜エンジニア ・新製品の中間工程・後工程のメタル成膜プロセス開発推進 ・メタル成膜プロセス開発に基づく技術対応・報告 ・製造ラインの立上げ・量産移行支援 ・製品の品質・歩留まり改善活動の推進 ・メタル成膜関連の新材料、新工法適用の技術開発支援 ・メタル成膜関連の従来プロセスのコストダウン活動への支援 ④リソグラフィエンジニア ・新製品の中間工程・後工程のリソグラフィプロセス開発推進 ・リソグラフィプロセス開発に基づく技術対応・報告
