【職務記述書】 楽天様を担当するアカウントセールスを募集いたします。 本ポジションでは、担当顧客の主要な意思決定者と強固な長期的関係を構築し、セキュアネットワーキング（スイッチング、ワイヤレス、ルーティング、ファイアウォール）をはじめ、AI、データセンター、コラボレーションを含むシスコの幅広いポートフォリオを活用し、アカウント全体の持続的なビジネス成長を牽引し、お客様のビジネス成功に貢献していただきます。 社内のSE部門と密接に連携し、サービス部門、技術サポート部門、米国本社開発部門、およびデリバリー部門、ファイナンス部門、法務部門などの専門知識を有するメンバーをオーケストレートし、お客様にとって最適なソリューションの提案と、複雑な課題の解決を実現します。 【職務内容】 アカウントチームの中核として、営業活動を主導していただきます。サービスプロバイダーであるお客様のビジネス変革を支援するため、以下の業務を遂行します。 楽天グループの各社様へ、ハイタッチセールスの遂行および戦略的なアカウントプランの立案・実行 ITリーダーやCXO層に対する自身もしくは社内の最適な人員を調整し、戦略的アドバイザーとしての助言およびビジネス意思決定への影響力最大化 CRMツール(Salesforceなど)を用いた正確なパイプライン管理と、週次・月次・四半期ごとの売上予測の策定 ファイナンス、調達、IT等の社内関連部門と連携した、営業ワークフローの改善およびボトルネックの解消 お客様の課題や技術要件のヒアリング、整理、および提案活動のリード 商談推進における米国本社および国内関連部門との緊密な連携 他のメンバーから、また他のメンバーへ、お客様状況・プランの共有を行い、チーム全体の進行方向の合致 Microsoft Office系アプリケーションや、その他のウェブアプリを用いたデイリー業務の遂行 【応募要件】 必須となる経験、スキル、姿勢 ITインフラ（オフィスネットワーク、データセンター、セキュリティ）またはSPインフラビジネスにおける10年以上の実務経験 ビジネス開発またはプリセールス活動における5年以上の実務経験 SaaS、ソフトウェア販売経験(3年以上) ハイタッチ・アカウントマネージャとしての大規模かつクロスファンクショナルな組織でのビジネス推進経験 語学力：日本語（ネイティブレベル）、英語（ビジネスレベルのコミュニケーションおよび交渉能力） 戦略的思考に基づいた営業手法の遂行能力および交渉スキル チームワーカー（他メンバーへの情報共有、経験のヒアリングをしたり、助けが必要な他メンバーへ支援したり、アドバイスしたりできること） 社内外へのビジネスパーソンへのリスペクト 高いコーチァビリティ（アドバイスやフィードバックを積極的に受け入れ、自己成長に繋げられる姿勢） 苦しい状況でも業務をやり抜くための行動が取れる（GRIT能力） ■ 望ましい経験とスキル ネットワーキング、コンピューティング、AIアクセラレータを含むデータセンターインフラや、パブリッククラウドに関する専門知識 通信サービス事業者、ITサービス提供企業向けプリセールス経験 最新技術を活用したビジネス拡大の実績 様々な業務支援ツール、アプリケーションの利用経験 リーダーシップを発揮したプロジェクト経験 SPINトレーニング受講経験 MEDDPICCトレーニング受講経験
