ビジネス・デベロップメント・マネージャー 営業部門の一員として、新たな顧客を獲得し、日本市場を拡大します。顧客企業に対して積極的に製品を売り込み、商談を成立させ、取引先と長期的な関係を維持することが求められます。新規顧客の開拓、リードのフォローアップ、顧客との関係構築、価格交渉などを通じて、弊社のビジネス拡大を実現する営業活動に取り組んでいただきます。また、ヨーロッパ、APAC、アメリカをカバーする社内の調達およびビジネス開発チームと緊密に連携します。 このポジションは、高い起業家精神を持ち、意欲にあふれた方にとって、上限のないコミッションで高収入を目指せる絶好の機会です！ 弊社が提供できること： 他業界にはない高収入を目指せる絶好の機会（パフォーマンスと連動した、上限のないコミッション） ファストペースな環境で成功するための知識を身に付けるために、包括的で徹底したセールストレーニングとOJT 抜群のチームワーク、フォローアップ体制、協力的でオープンな環境を通じてサポート 良好なワークライフバランス（残業を推奨しておりません） あなたに期待すること : 新規顧客を発掘して収益を上げ、既存顧客との関係を維持し、営業部門内の事業を成長させる 電話、メール、訪問を通じて新規および既存の顧客とコミュニケーションを保つ 効率性とサプライチェーンのサポートを最大化するために顧客を定期的に訪問し、マーケット情報を共有しながら関係性を深める 顧客または社内マーケティングチームと協力し、 ビジネスチャンスを広げる 出張後のフォローアップを行い、社内メンバーに情報共有する 弊社が求める人材 半導体、または電子部品業界で3~5年以上の営業経験 精力的で聡明、成功するまで粘り強い営業活動ができる コールドコールに抵抗がなく、関係構築スキルに優れている 営業に対して専門的かつ論理的なアプローチをとり、結果重視の考え方を持ち、自発的に問題を解決できる 以前の営業職で成功した実績と成果を証明できる（業界不問） 上限のない報酬を切望 一般的なOSツール（MS Office 365など）に熟知している 出張をいとわない（１年の半分は国内出張を予定） 日本語が母国語または流暢 英語の読み書き・会話が得意 福利厚生など 勤務地と働き方 アクセスの良いオフィス（東京駅 / 日本橋駅 / 三越前駅から徒歩圏内）
