What to Expect Position Description： テスラの一員として、情熱とミッションを持って活躍していただける方を募集しています。 私たちは、成長意欲が高く、新しい挑戦を恐れない「キャリアアップ研修生」を、3ヶ月間の職業成長プログラムに参加していただきます。 テスラのキャリアアップ研修生として、販売プロセスの学びと実践に積極的に参加していただきます。 経験よりも、学ぶ姿勢と成長の可能性を重視しており、研修期間中は体系的な販売知識のトレーニングや実践演習、1対1のシニアアドバイザーによる指導を通じて、カスタマーサービス、製品知識、販売スキルといったコア能力を習得していただきます。 お客様と直接対話し、そのニーズを深く理解し、プロフェッショナルで効率的な販売サポートを提供することで、テスラらしいブランド体験を創造していきます。リアルな販売現場とチームワークを通じて、コミュニケーション力や臨機応変な対応力、職業的素養を短期間で高めることができます。 また、研修生には明確なキャリアパスをご用意しており、3ヶ月間の研修終了時に成長度合いを評価し、合格者には正社員への登用のチャンスも提供いたします。正式な「テスラアドバイザー」としてのキャリアをスタートさせましょう！ What You’ll Do Job Responsibility： 指導担当者の下、お客様の接客、ニーズの把握、製品紹介、試乗の提案など、販売プロセスを学びながら実践する。 テスラ店舗の運営改善および顧客体験の向上に積極的に参加し、顧客満足度とブランドイメージの向上に貢献する。 学びと実践を通じて、将来的に「テスラアドバイザー（Tesla Advisor）」として活躍するための基礎を築く。 顧客が来店した際、迅速かつ積極的に声をかけ、会話をスタートする。 電話、メール、SMS、イベントなどを通じて、潜在顧客や既存オーナーに製品情報を提供し、質問に回答する。 顧客とのやり取りを通じて連絡先を取得し、試乗の設定や購入意思のフォローアップを行う。 テスラのエコシステムを顧客に効果的に伝達し、販売の成立につなげる。 業務の必要に応じて、その他の関連業務も遂行する。 What You’ll Bring Job Recruitment： 日本国内で0〜3年以内の社会人経験がある方 日本語能力が流暢（ネイティブレベルもしくはビジネスレベル） 普通自動車免許取得者（尚可） テスラのミッションや製品に強い関心がある方 チームワークを重視し、個人および店舗のKPI達成に貢献できる意欲がある方 明るく前向きな性格で、コミュニケーション能力と顧客サービス精神を兼ね備えている方
