Description 【会社概要】アルファ・エレクトロニクス株式会社 超精密金属箔抵抗器、標準抵抗器の開発／製造／販売 金属箔抵抗器の強みと用途 他の抵抗器と比べ、温度変化などの環境変化に影響を受けず、高い精度と安定性があることから、航空機、衛星、半導体製造装置のテスター、電子秤、医療機器などの場面で用いられています。スペックは、通常の抵抗器の10～50倍と抵抗器では最高級品。 【企業理念】「高精度と信頼性」がアルファ・エレクトロニクスのポリシーです。当社は世界中の技術者たちの「もっと高い精度を！」という要望に応えるために、金属箔抵抗器の精度と信頼性、その役割と可能性を追求し続けてきました。また、秋田県高度技術研究所及び産業技術総合研究所と共同研究を行い、新しい素材の開発等で次世代の超精密抵抗器のかたちを探っています。「今何を可能にすることができるか、将来何が必要となるか」を考え、それを形にする努力を続けています。技術と信頼性、開発力の確かな一歩を未来に繋げ、次世代に共鳴する技術と役割を持つ企業を目指し、絶え間ない挑戦を続けています。 【職種】 営業部：技術営業 (Field Application Engineer) 勤務地：東京本社 東京都千代田区内神田 （東京メトロ大手町駅 徒歩３分/都営地下鉄 小川町駅 徒歩５分/JR・東京メトロ 神田駅 徒歩８分） 勤務時間：9：00～17：30 休憩６０分 その他：転勤なし 【主な業務内容】 弊社主力製品である金属箔抵抗器（抵抗器の中で最高精度）及び標準抵抗器の技術営業。 技術的な知識や理解を生かし、顧客のニーズに提案、対応、アフターサービスを提供。 １．顧客対応とニーズ把握： 顧客訪問による営業活動（販売促進活動） 、定期的なコミュニケーションを通じて、顧客のニーズや要求を理解し、適切な製品やサービスの提案 ○新市場及び新規得意先の開拓 ○マーケティング（市場調査） ○広告、宣伝活動（展示会） ２．客先訪問等のレポート作成、報告 ３．販売計画の作成、顧客の要件に基づいて、提案書や見積書を作成し、顧客に提出 ４．技術サポートの提供：製品の導入やトラブルシューティング時に顧客に対して技術的なサポートや秋田工場技術部門との連携 ５．契約交渉、取引の締結： 価格交渉や契約条件の調整 ６．営業部CustomerSeriviceとの連携 【レポートライン】営業部長
