職種 正社員 職務明細 Red Hat Global Partner Engagement (GPE) チームでは、日本のパートナー向けに、Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform を中心とした技術支援を担う Senior Partner Technical Account Manager (TAM) を募集しています。 本ポジションは、パートナーに対する信頼できる技術アドバイザーとして、OpenShiftに関する運用上の課題解決を主導し、社内のサポート、開発、プロダクトチームと連携しながら、複雑な技術課題の解決および継続的な価値提供を推進します。 また、パートナーの代弁者として要望や課題を社内に適切に展開し、意思決定に影響を与えるとともに、技術的リスクの予防やライフサイクルに関するプロアクティブな提案を行います。 Senior TAM はこれらに加え、チームメンバーのメンタリングや技術的リードを担い、APACおよびGlobalチームと連携しながら組織全体への貢献も期待されます。 スキル・資格 必須スキル: - Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform または Kubernetes に関する知識、および設計・構築・運用いずれかの実務経験
