Description Overview Browsi Mobile株式会社に於いて、日本の媒体社様、パートナー様に対して提供しているBrowsiソリューションに関して、導入〜導入後のフェーズにおいてテクニカルな側面からサポート（コーディングも含む）業務に携わっていただきます。本業務活動を通して、媒体社様・パートナー様の課題解決および売上・利益の貢献を繰り返しおこなっていき、会社にも貢献していただきます。 お客様の対面に立つことは少ないですが、常にお客様目線で物事考え、テクニカルな部分でお客様の事業成長をサポートしていただくのがこのポジションとなります。 主にBrowsi販売パートナー様・ご利用の媒体社様に対するBrowsi活用における課題をテクニカルな側面からサポートを行います。エンドカスタマーは媒体社様のため、想像力を働かせた要件定義・コーディング・検証が求められます。また、媒体社様の収益構造（どのようなプロダクトを使いどのように売上を上げているのか）を深く理解し、課題を正確に把握した上で、先方のニーズを常に上回る提案を主体的にし続ける高いソリューション能力が求められます。 イスラエルにいるテックサポートチーム、オペレーションチーム、最適化チーム、プロダクト担当、様々な事業部との協働により、パートナー様・媒体社様のニーズに合致したBrowsi利活用プラン・ソリューションを作成・コーディング・動作検証・実装・実装後の検証まで、ワンストップで実行します。 お客様からのご要望のみならず日頃の業務における改善・プロダクトの改善についても積極的に参加します。 Key job responsibilities パートナー様・媒体社様の課題解決を最優先に考えたPDCAサイクルの実行。 品質を担保するためのコーディング・動作検証・実装・実装後の検証。 上記にともなうイスラエル各部署との議論・ディレクション（英語） イスラエルにいるエンジニアとのテクニカルな会話、それを適切に翻訳しテクニカルなバックグラウンドが無い社内のカスタマーサクセスマネージャー・さらにはパートナー様、媒体社様に届ける。逆もしかりでパートナー様からのビジネス的な要求をテクニカルな内容に落とし込み、実行の推進を行う About the position このポジションの主な役割は、パートナー様・媒体社様がBrowsiを活用いただく際に発生するテクニカルな課題をご自身の持つテクニカルな知識（HTML, CSS, JavaScript等）を用いて解決していくことがメインとなります。しかしながら決して受け身な姿勢ではなく常に要求の120%を品質をお客様への透明性を保ちながら達成することが求められます。 About the team テクニカルサポートエンジニアチームは日本を代表する大手媒体社様、パートナー様向けのソリューションプロバイダーとしてお客様を最優先に考え、日々主体的課題解決を行うサポートチームです。依頼された業務を淡々とこなすのではなく、主体的な提案姿勢も求められます。最先端のAIの強みを活かし、Browsiを利用してからの収益構造の変化や向上率を可視・分析したり、広告売上だけではないユーザーエクスペリエンスの指標も踏まえた包括的な効果測定を用いてパートナー様・媒体社様に対して価値ある提案が出来ることも醍醐味です。また、イスラエルに在籍するさまざまなチームのリソースを活用しつつ、既存の枠にとらわれない革新的な提案ができるのも魅力です。 基本条件 英語で電話会議をこなせるレベルの英語力 (目安：TOEIC 800点以上) 日常会話レベルの日本語力（目安：日本語能力試験(JLPT)のN3〜2ランク） HTML, CSS, JavaScript, webAPI, SQLを用いた3年以上の実務経験（実際のコーディングを含む） 各種デバッグツール(*)を利用したトラブルシューティングの経験 (*)
