フィールドサービス（FS）では、スペア部品・倉庫のサプライチェーン構築と、修理委託先の管理を担うメンバーを募集しています。 現在、関東・中京・関西を中心にロボットを導入しており、今後は日本全国を視野に展開フェーズに入ります。国内どこで故障が発生しても、必要な部品が必要なタイミングで現場に届く体制を、ゼロから設計・構築していく必要があります。 本ポジションは、スペア部品の保管運用・輸送ネットワークの設計に加え、外部修理委託パートナーの管理（SLA設計、品質管理、コスト管理）を担う役割です。在庫管理担当者と連携しながら、「現場が止まらない仕組み」そのものをアーキテクトする裁量の大きさが最大の魅力です。 本ポジションの特徴 全国展開フェーズの立ち上げメンバーとして、仕組みづくりの側から関われるポジションです。 既存の型をなぞるのではなく、物流効率やコスト、対応速度を考慮し、最適なオペレーションを自ら設計・検証できます。 現場（Deployment／Repair）と密に連携し、ご自身の知見をプロダクトの改善に直接フィードバックができるポジションです。 委託先の拡大と組織の成長に合わせて、チームのマネジメントや組織開発をリードするポジションへのステップアップも視野に入れております。 業務内容 ① 部品SCM（在庫・物流設計） 需要予測と在庫の最適化：既存メンバーのサポートを受けながら、稼働データや故障傾向を踏まえた適正在庫を計画し、欠品リスクを抑えます。 全国供給ネットワークの設計：中央倉庫〜地域デポの在庫配置と配送フローを設計・実行します。 トレーサビリティの確保：部品の入出庫管理・棚卸ルールを整備し、精緻な在庫管理体制を築きます。 リペアサイクルの構築：修理・再生部品の運用ルールを整え、資源循環とコスト効率を高めます。 ② 倉庫・輸送体制の構築 物流インフラの立案と実行：関係者の支援を受けながら、倉庫拠点の選定・立ち上げを主導します。 戦略的パートナーシップ：物流事業者を選定し配送ルート・リードタイムを設計、全国均一品質の配送網を構築します。 緊急時の対応力強化：故障時の即日・翌日配送フローを構築し、ダウンタイムを最小化します。 輸送品質の標準化とコスト最適化：ロボット特有の輸送要件（梱包・搬入）を標準化し、コストと品質を最適化します。 ③ 委託先管理（Repair Control） オペレーションの全体設計：修理・保守委託先との連携フローを設計し、社内の延長として機能させます。 パフォーマンスマネジメント：KPI管理・定例ミーティングで作業品質をモニタリングし、改善を主導します。 ビジネス・ネゴシエーション：経営陣のサポートを受けながら、契約・単価交渉とコスト管理を担います。 新規パートナーの開拓：全国展開に向け、新規協力会社の選定・評価・立ち上げを推進します。 ④ データ・プロセス改善 データドリブンな改善活動：修理実績・部品消費データを分析し、開発部門へのフィードバックで製品改善に貢献します。 業務プロセスの標準化：ドキュメント整備とプロセス標準化により、全国展開に耐える基盤を作ります。 次世代管理システムの導入：関連部門の支援を受けながら、成長フェーズに合うERP/CMMSの選定・導入を検討します。 応募要件等 【必須条件】 日本語ビジネスレベル以上 以下いずれかの実務経験
