New Brand開拓・リクルーティング（主要業務）- 日本における未出店・未取引ブランドのターゲティングと優先順位付け、ブランドオーナー・代理店に対する戦略的アプローチとリレーション構築、Amazonの価値提案を活用した商談・交渉- 契約条件の交渉と社内承認プロセスの推進、新規ブランドの立ち上げ後の初期パフォーマンスモニタリングと改善提案 2. 担当カテゴリーの売上・利益目標の設定と実行・実現 予算作成・実行プロセスの管理に責任をもち、社内外の関係者からの情報を踏まえて担当カテゴリーの売上・利益目標を設定し、その実行します。 3. 販売データ・市場動向の分析と、それに基づく販売戦略の立案、実施、改善、販売データ・市場動向分析を行い、販売戦略を立案し、それを実行するとともに、必要に応じた改善を行います。 4. 最適な仕入れ先の選定・開拓と、仕入れ条件の最適化、仕入れ先の開拓・選定に関して分析を行い、最適な仕入れ計画を立案し、それを実行します。 5. 日頃からの円滑かつタイムリーなコミュニケーションを通じて、ディストリビューター/メーカーとの強力なパートナーシップを確立・維持するとともに、より複雑な状況下においても戦略的判断に基づきパートナーシップの維持・強化を行います。 6.
