本ポジションはApplications & Infrastructure Practiceの中の、 Full-Stack Developer/Software Engineering（SoE）となります。想定はAssociate Managerクラスです。 アバナードのSoftware Engineering組織では、お客様に最先端のデジタル・ソリューションを実装します。AIをはじめとした最新技術を駆使したモダン・エンジニアリングの実践により、ソフトウェア・ソリューションの分析、設計、構築、実装、保守を優先的に推進します。業種を問わず、Webアプリ開発案件におけるアプリケーションアーキテクト、またはその候補として、案件の特性に応じたアプリケーションアーキテクチャの策定・実装・展開までの全般を担当いただきます。 【主な役割】 Webアプリ開発案件におけるアプリケーションアーキテクト、またはその候補として、以下の業務を担当していただきます。 【具体的な業務内容】 顧客・ビジネス・案件・チームのそれぞれの特性に応じた最適なアーキテクチャの決定や設計指針を定義し、チームが適切な技術的選択を行えるようリードする。 アーキテクチャプロトタイプの作成・検証や開発標準を策定・実装・展開する。 アーキテクチャ領域におけるエキスパートとして、アーキテクチャや現在の技術環境を継続的に分析・レビューし、改善案を提示する。 常に最新技術や業界動向を把握し続け、成熟度や効果を踏まえた技術・アーキテクチャの導入を検討・推進する。 チームメンバーがアーキテクチャ決定や設計指針を遵守できるようサポートする。 顧客の政治的風土や文化を理解した上で、アーキテクチャに対する顧客やチームメンバーの期待値をコントロールし、議論・説明・説得を行う。 【求める人物像 】 相手を尊重したコミュニケーションが取れる方 チームやプロダクトの価値を最大化するために、失敗を恐れず挑戦できる方 0を1にすることに喜びを感じるイノベーションマインドを持っている方 案件の特性や状況に応じて問いや課題を定義し、仮説駆動型で課題解決を推進できる方 常に最新技術を追随し続ける、Technical Passionを持っている方 指示待ち・言われた通りに作業するだけでなく、提案型アプローチができる方 自身のやりたいこと、将来のビジョンに向かって具体的な行動を起こせる方 変化に柔軟に対応できる方 他者と差別化できる自分の武器を持っている方 Enjoy your career アバナードで働くことの魅力 マイクロソフトテクノロジーを活用したソリューションを展開するリーディングカンパニーで働くこと 19度目のマイクロソフト
