【企業名】 非公開 【ポジション名】 Commercial Governance 【職務内容】 コマーシャルガバナンスを強化するために、業務運営の効果的な管理と統制を確立していただきます。これには、意思決定の指導や業務プロセスの改善を通じて運営効率を向上させること、文書管理を主導すること、そして現場運営を改善・最適化することが含まれます。これにより、持続可能な成長を支え、同社の社会的責任を果たすことを目指します。 下記の業務を実施するチームのリーダーとして、チームメンバーの管理および育成 ・Business Operation Committee (BOC)の書記として、BOC議長をサポートし会議の運営をリードする。 ・同社においてコマーシャルガバナンスの観点から確立または改善が必要な部門横断的な業務プロセスを導入し、改善します。 ・FFG（Fit for Growth）コーディネーターとして、FFGリーダーシップチームを支援し、意識向上や内部ルール・ガイドライン・ポリシーの策定をサポートします。 ・非GxP文書の管理者として、主にSOP（標準業務手順書）を含む非GxP領域の文書を管理していただきます。 ・営業部門向けの管理サポートの維持・改善 業務委託先であるSAS（Sales Admin Support）チームの運営が含まれます（イベント申請、購買発注、経費精算の確認などの業務）。 販売拠点、車両、社宅に関する総務業務をT&CS（Travel & Car Services）と連携して行います。 その他、現場関連の管理業務プロセスについても担当していただきます。 【このようなご経験のある方にお声がけしています】 ・製薬企業での勤務経験（特に、部門横断的なプロジェクトをリードした経験が必須） ・法律・規制およびコンプライアンスの重要性に対する理解 ・知的好奇心と学ぶ意欲 ・ディスカッションをリードできるレベルの英語力 【企業/ポジションの魅力】 ・新薬ローンチや適応追加が複数予定されており、まさにビジネスがダイナミックに拡大しているフェーズにある外資製薬企業様です。 ・少数精鋭で、個々人が担当できる仕事の範囲が広く、裁量権を大きく持てます（大企業に見られるような縦割り組織ではありません）。日々の業務だけを追うのではなく、会社全体を見ながら事業拡大に貢献できるので、メガファーマや大手コンサル等からもスキルのある経験者の方々が中途入社されています。 ・上層部までのレイヤーがフラットであり、風通しが良く、意見交換・意思決定がスピーディーに行われます。グローバルとの距離が近く、希望次第で海外を含め様々なキャリアパスが開かれています（社員のキャリア形成やジョブローテーションに積極的な企業様です）。 ・フレックスタイム制、かつ出社と在宅勤務を併用したハイブリッドな働き方が叶います。 【勤務地】 東京
