Job Description 【募集背景】 Renesasでは、グローバル事業の急速な拡大に伴い、国際的な資金管理体制の強化が急務となっています。 具体的には、グローバル全体での資金効率の最適化、流動性予測の高度化、外国為替（FX）リスク管理、グループ会社間の貸借管理、そして金融機関との関係強化が求められています。 こうした背景のもと、当社の財務基盤をより強固にし、グローバル成長を支える財務戦略を推進するため、これらの業務をリードいただく専任の財務マネージャーを新たに採用することとなりました。 本ポジションは、Renesasが世界規模で事業を展開する中で、財務管理の高度化、業務効率化、そして戦略的な柔軟性を維持するうえで極めて重要な役割を担います。 【主な業務内容】 資金調達（間接金融） 会社の戦略や事業運営において必要な資金需要を明確にし、その需要を満たすよう資金調達を行う（間接金融）。 格付機関対応 有利な資金調達のため格付の獲得・維持をできるよう、格付け機関に対して彼らが必要とする情報の提供やより良いリレーションシップを構築する。 グローバルキャッシュマネジメント Renesas のグローバル資金オペレーションのエンドツーエンド管理を主導し、各地域・各法人での最適な流動性を確保する。 日次の資金ポジション管理、プーリング、スウィープを通じて効率を最大化し、遊休資金を最小化する。 グローバルオペレーションを支えるキャッシュマネジメントシステムおよびプロセスの導入・維持を行う。 キャッシュ予測 & 流動性計画 短期および長期のキャッシュフロー予測を作成・維持し、事業部門やファイナンスチームと連携する予実差異の分析と改善提案の実施。 正確な流動性予測およびシナリオ分析を通じて戦略立案を支援する。 外国為替（FX）管理 Renesas のグローバルな FX エクスポージャー（取引リスクおよび換算リスク）をモニタリング・管理する。 グループポリシーに沿った FX ヘッジ戦略を実行し、社内外ステークホルダーと連携する。 FX ポジションに関する定期的なレポートと分析を提供する。 インターカンパニー資金貸借管理 インターカンパニー資金の管理、決済、ネッティングを統括し、運転資本の最適化と財務リスク削減を図る。 インターカンパニー貸付、配当、資本減少など、資金最適化プロジェクトを主導する。 インターカンパニー取引に関連する移転価格および税務コンプライアンスを支援する。
