Position 本ポジションは、UCB の企業レピュテーションと従業員エンゲージメントを向上させるため、日本におけるコミュニケーション戦略を主導し、構築する役割を担います。また、社内コミュニケーションのプレイングマネージャーとしての役割も担います。今UCBジャパンは変革期を迎えており、国内事業部門の取り組みや方向性を理解してもらい、企業レピュテーションを構築する重要な役割を担っています。日本経営陣と連携し、社員のモチベーションを高めるためのメッセージ作成、タウンホールミーティングの企画、イントラネットの運営などを行う。コミュニケーション活動を通じて、ユーシービージャパンの従業員エンゲージメントを最大化することを目指す。 コミュニケーション活動 コミュニケーションチーム(社外・社内)を率い、高いパフォーマンスを発揮できるチームを育成し、日本におけるコミュニケーション戦略を実施する。 日本におけるコミュニケーション戦略の実施 プレイングマネージャーとして社内コミュニケーション活動の企画・実行： 社内各部門のパートナーとして、社内イントラサイトへのコンテンツ掲載、作成、公開。 社内各部門のパートナーとして、最新かつ魅力的なコンテンツを作成し、社内イントラネットサイトに掲載する 以下のような統合的な社内コミュニケーションおよびチェンジマネジメントプランの作成と実行。 条件： ２〜３年でExternalで薬機法やRegulationに詳しい人、抜け道などに対応できる人。 Internal/Externalの比率は３：７でExternalが多い。 経験としては両方の経験が必要。 英語力がFluentの理由は、毎日のようにグローバルとのやり取りあり。 医療機器業界でも問題ない 候補者の経験によってはラインマネではなく、並列も検討の余地あり。...
