Job Requisition ID # 26WD99642 勤務地：東京 ポジション概要 Autodesk Fusionは、オートデスクの中でも特に成長を続けている戦略ビジネスの一つです。日本市場にはすでに多くのFusionユーザーが存在しており、既存のお客様の中でFusionの活用範囲をさらに広げていくことは、今後の成長において非常に重要なテーマです。 今回募集する Fusion Expansion Sales Specialist は、日本の既存顧客に対してFusionの利用拡大を推進する営業ポジションです。追加ライセンスの提案、上位製品・拡張機能へのアップグレード、PLMやデータ活用を含むFusionのより高度な価値提案を通じて、お客様の設計・エンジニアリング・製造業務の進化を支援していただきます。 本ポジションは、電話、オンライン会議、メール、デジタル営業ツールを活用した デジタルファーストのインサイドセールス職 です。既存顧客の中から、Fusionをさらに活用いただける部門、チーム、業務領域を見つけ出し、スピード感を持って商談を作り、売上成長と利用拡大につなげていきます。 また、新規顧客開拓を担当するLandチーム、技術営業、Fusion Data Specialist、パートナー、マーケティングなど、社内外の関係者と密に連携しながら、日本におけるFusionビジネスの成長を推進していただきます。 オートデスクは、協調性、顧客志向、イノベーションを大切にする企業です。その中でもFusionチームは、スタートアップのようなスピード感、主体性、創造性、そして成果への強いこだわりを持って活動しています。成長市場で戦略製品をスケールさせたい方にとって、大きなチャレンジと成長機会のあるポジションです。 主な業務内容 日本国内の既存Fusion顧客に対し、追加ライセンス、上位プラン、拡張機能、PLM・データ活用ソリューションの提案を行い、利用拡大を推進する 既存顧客内の設計、開発、製造、生産技術、業務部門などに対して、Fusionが価値を提供できる新たなワークフローやチームを特定する 電話、オンライン会議、メール、デジタル営業ツールを活用し、商談の発掘、ヒアリング、提案、反論対応、条件交渉、クロージングまでを一貫して担当する 担当テリトリーにおける拡張計画を立て、優先度の高い顧客・ユースケース・商談機会を見極める 技術営業、Fusion Data Specialist、製品スペシャリストと連携し、デモ、技術検証、価値訴求を効果的に実施する 新規顧客開拓を担当するLandチームと連携し、顧客に対して一貫性のある提案・引き継ぎ・成長戦略を提供する 必要に応じてパートナーと連携し、顧客への提案、導入、活用拡大を支援する Salesforceなどの営業管理ツールを活用し、パイプライン管理、商談進捗管理、フォーキャスト精度の向上を行う 顧客から得たインサイト、成功パターン、再現可能な営業手法をチームに共有し、日本のFusion Expansionビジネスの成長に貢献する 求める経験・スキル 法人営業、インサイドセールス、アカウントマネジメント、既存顧客向けアップセル・クロスセル営業のいずれかの経験 ソフトウェア、SaaS、クラウドサービス、またはテクノロジー関連商材の営業経験 電話、オンライン会議、メールを活用し、対面営業に依存せずに商談を前に進める力 既存顧客の中から新たな利用部門、追加ニーズ、拡張機会を見つけ、受注につなげる力 技術ユーザー、現場担当者、マネージャー、意思決定者など、複数の関係者と信頼関係を築けるコミュニケーション力 顧客の課題を理解し、製品機能ではなく、業務改善・生産性向上・事業価値の観点で提案できる力 SalesforceなどのCRMを活用した営業活動、パイプライン管理、フォーキャスト管理の経験 スピード感のある環境で、自ら考え、優先順位を決め、主体的に行動できる方 歓迎する経験・スキル 製造業、設計・開発、エンジニアリング、生産技術、ものづくり領域のお客様に対する営業経験 製造業、ソフトウェア企業、SaaSサービス企業、クラウドサービス企業での勤務経験 CAD、CAM、CAE、PLM、PDM、ERP、MES、生産管理、設計・製造プロセスに関連するソリューションの営業経験 既存顧客向けのアップセル、クロスセル、契約拡張、利用拡大を担当した経験
