Job ID: 41622 | Location: Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan | Work Model: Hybrid 輸出入業務のオペレーションを正確かつ効率的に遂行し、法令および社内規程を遵守しながら、安定したサプライチェーン運営を支えます。社内外の関係者と連携しながら、物流サービスの品質向上、業務効率化、および継続的なプロセス改善を推進するとともに、輸出入オペレーションチームのリード役として、チームの成果最大化に貢献していただきます。 Responsibilities 輸出入オペレーションチームの日常業務をリードし、業務の優先順位付けや適切なリソース配分を通じて安定したオペレーションを実現 出荷状況の進捗管理を行い、潜在的な問題を早期に特定し、適切な対応やエスカレーションを実施 フォワーダーや物流ベンダーのパフォーマンス管理を行い、KPI改善およびサービス品質向上を推進 物流関連の苦情や品質問題の原因分析を行い、是正・予防措置を実施 業務手順書（WI）やローカルオペレーション手順（LOP）の維持・更新・管理 輸出入関連法規、社内外ガイドラインへのコンプライアンスを徹底し、監査対応をサポート 物流および業務改善プロジェクトへの参画、プロセス改善活動（Lean Event）の企画・推進 社内外の関係者との良好な関係を構築し、顧客満足度向上に貢献 チーム内バックアップ体制の維持、およびナレッジトランスファーの実施 業務効率化・生産性向上のための改善提案を継続的に行う Requirements 【必須要件】 大学卒業以上、または同等の学歴 輸出入業務またはサプライチェーン・物流分野で5年以上の実務経験 輸出入物流オペレーション（フォワーダー管理、輸送手配、受発注管理等）に関する知識・経験 SAPなどのERPシステムの利用経験 ビジネスレベルの英語力 高いコミュニケーション能力および関係者調整能力 問題解決能力および顧客志向 【歓迎要件】 英語での会話・ミーティング対応経験

輸出入・通関・貿易コンプライアンスマネージャー 勤務地：東京 グレード：5 ポジション概要 日本における輸出入業務、通関業務および貿易コンプライアンス全般の責任者として、ハブ組織および日本国内の関係部門と連携しながら、物流・通関オペレーションの最適化とコンプライアンス遵守を推進します。社内外のステークホルダーとの窓口として機能し、物流サービスプロバイダーの管理、業務改善、リスク管理、デジタル化推進などを主導します。 主な職務内容 1. 輸出入・通関オペレーション管理 日本における輸出入および通関業務のKPI達成、品質維持、法令遵守を統括 フォワーダー、通関業者、船会社、タンクオペレーター等の物流サービスプロバイダーを管理 サービスレベル、コスト、パフォーマンスの継続的改善を推進 日本およびAPAC地域のサプライチェーンチームと協働し、安定した物流オペレーションを実現 業務効率化、デジタル化、自動化プロジェクトを推進 2. 通関・貿易管理 関税法、外国為替及び外国貿易法などの関連法規および社内ポリシーの遵守を確保 輸入関税・消費税等の適正な申告・支払いプロセスを管理 税関や関係当局との窓口として監査、照会、紛争対応を実施 EPA/FTA（経済連携協定・自由貿易協定）を活用した関税最適化を推進 AEO制度、保税制度、フリートレードゾーンなど各種優遇制度の運用管理 グローバルおよびリージョナルへの各種レポーティングを担当 3. 物流ベンダーマネジメント 物流サービスプロバイダー（3PL/LSP）の契約・サービス管理 業務移管、ナレッジトランスファー、変更管理の推進 ベンダーパフォーマンスの評価・改善活動の実施 輸配送リスクおよびコンプライアンスリスクの管理 物流コスト最適化の推進 4. 貿易コンプライアンス 日本における National Trade Compliance Officer（NTCO）として機能 貿易管理・輸出管理規制の変更をモニタリングし事業影響を評価
