Make your mark for patients 患者さんのためにあなたの力を発揮してください Primary Purpose / Regulatory Responsibilities: UCB製品を必要とする患者さんすべてに届ける 担当テリトリーの中で、医師と患者をつなげて最適なアクセスを確立する MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 顧客エンゲージメント戦略策定 ①担当エリアの戦略・プランに基づいて、担当テリトリーの短期(今期)の顧客エンゲージメント戦略を立案する。 ②担当テリトリーの顧客エンゲージメント戦略策定のために、担当Dr.や患者・競合の動向を情報を収集・整理し、インサイトを導出する。 顧客エンゲージメント向上活動 ①担当テリトリーのDr.・HCP・ステークホルダーとの信頼関係を強固にすべく、自身で顧客エンゲージメント活動を推進し、確実に遂行する。 ②担当テリトリーにおいて自身が顧客エンゲージメント活動を効果的に推進できるよう、必要な関係者との連携を含め自律的に活動環境を整備する。 戦略・活動の課題分析と改善 ①担当テリトリーの顧客エンゲージメント戦略の進捗をモニタリングするために最適なKPIを、担当エリアの戦略・プランと整合するよう設定する。 ②担当テリトリーのKPIをタイムリーに確認・分析し、ESLや必要な関係者と連携の上で迅速・柔軟に改善策を策定し実行する。 コンプライアンス遵守 ①自身の活動について、関連法規・ガイドライン等に対するコンプライアンス遵守を徹底すると共に、チーム・他者の遵守徹底にも貢献する。 人的リソースプラン策定 ①担当テリトリーの顧客エンゲージメント戦略の遂行に必要な関係者(担当者)とゴール・方針を共有し連携する。 ②必要な関係者と短期の戦略遂行・活動のために、担当者レベルで信頼関係を構築する。 能力開発(OJT含む) ①スキル強化に関する営業部やチームの取り組みに積極的に参加し、自らの知識・スキル・成功事例を営業部・チームに還元する等を通じて貢献する。 ②自身の育成課題を把握し、自律的にスキル強化に取り組み成長する。 パフォーマンスマネジメント ①自身の期待役割を理解した上で適切なパフォーマンス目標を設定、自己評価を行う。 ②自身のパフォーマンス評価を理解し、さらなる挑戦やパフォーマンス改善に自律的に取り組む。 組織カルチャー醸成 ①高い倫理観を持ち、活力が高く働きがいのある社員エンゲージメントの高いチーム創りやカルチャー醸成に、自らが望ましい行動を体現することで貢献する。
