＊Position Summary 企業のサステナビリティ情報開示やESG関連業務の支援を担当いただきます。クライアントの情報開示対応、調査・分析、資料作成等を通じて、企業のサステナビリティ推進をサポートしていただきます。 ＊Key Responsibilities ・サステナビリティ開示業務（有価証券報告書、統合報告書、サステナビリティレポート等）の支援 ・CSRD、ISSB、TCFD等の開示フレームワークに関する調査・分析 ・ESG関連データの収集・整理・分析 ・クライアント向け資料や提案書の作成支援 ・プロジェクトマネージャー・シニアコンサルタントの業務サポート ・その他、企業のサステナビリティ推進に関するコンサルティング業務支援 ＊Requirements Must Have ・大卒以上 ・1～３年程度の実務経験 ・ビジネスレベルの英語力 以下いずれかの経験 ・サステナビリティ／ESG関連開示業務 ・統合報告書、有価証券報告書等の作成・支援 ・IR、CSR、サステナビリティ推進業務 ・日本語での高度なコミュニケーション能力 Preferred ・CSCC領域に関する業務経験 気候変動/カーボンマネジメント/脱炭素戦略/Scope1・2・3算定 TCFD対応 ・コンサルティングファームでの業務経験 ＊Ideal Candidate ・サステナビリティ分野への強い関心をお持ちの方 ・自ら学びながら業務を推進できる方 ・データ分析や文書作成を丁寧に行える方 ・チームワークを重視できる方 Why This Role
