【職務概要】 テクニカル・セールス・レプレセンタティブ（TSR） は、市場全体および顧客の市場やニーズを深く理解する責任を担います。テクニカル・セールス・エンジニア(TSE)はフィールド・アプリケーション・エンジニア(FAE)と協力しながら、新規案件の発掘や顧客の課題を解決するソリューションの提案を通じてTIの売上最大化を目指します。優れたコミュニケーションスキルで社内外との協力関係を構築し、ビジネス獲得に向けた戦略を具体的な行動計画として設定・遂行します。また、進捗管理を徹底し、一貫した取り組みにより顧客とより深い信頼関係を築きます。 【担当業務】 B2B戦略を立ち、担当顧客に対してTIの売上およびシェア拡大に責務を持ちます 顧客理解に基づく成長戦略をFAEと共に策定、実行 顧客の開発計画やビジネス要件に基づいた適切なソリューションの提案 年間の収益計画を立案し、毎月その達成状況を確認・分析すること 受注から納品までのフォローを含むプロジェクト管理および遂行 見積作成と価格交渉、品質対応および各種顧客書類の作成 顧客との関係維持及び強化 売上目標の進捗管理及び遂行 【募集条件】 理工系学部卒以上 TOEIC600 点以上程度の英語力がある方、日本語ビジネスレベル以上 【求める人物像】 顧客志向で粘り強く課題解決に取り組める方 技術的・ビジネス的側面を活かした提案型営業ができる方 主体的に行動し、結果を出すための挑戦を惜しまない方 新しい知識・技術習得に意欲的で新しいことへの挑戦を惜しまない方 チームワークを重視し、社内外と円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方 数値やプロジェクト管理・時間管理を含むマネジメントができる方 【歓迎条件】 複数の新興・成長顧客をサポートしながら半導体製品の売上を拡大した実績を持つ方 アナログ製品およびプロセッサに関する実務経験がある方 【勤務地】 東京営業所： Why TI?
