■ 職務内容 【ミッション/ Mission】 優れた製品戦略の立案と実行を通して製品およびポートフォリオのベネフィットを一人でも多くの患者さんに届け、AZのサイエンスの価値を最大化することで、患者さんのためにサイエンスに再投資し続けられる製薬企業として競合優位性を維持し続けることに貢献する 【業務の範囲/ Role & Responsibilities】 ・新規適応追加向けた 立案・実行・評価までを実施する ・市場環境、顧客、製品およびポートフォリオを深く理解し、ブランドチーム、関係部門およびコプロメーカーなどと協力しながらビジネス課題を特定・構造化・分析し、課題を解決するための製品戦略を立案する ・製品戦略に基づく実行プランの一部を立案・実行・評価まで責任を持って実施する ・リサーチャーと共に、市場環境の正確な理解、戦略立案のための仮説の検証、打ち手の評価を一次・二次調査により明確にし、戦略の検証・改善を行う ・戦略の立案・実行に際して社内外のステークホルダへ提案し、承認・サポートを獲得する ・営業部門を始めとする他部門とのコミュニケーション、社外医学専門家のマネジメントを円滑に行い、戦略の実行を徹底する ・グローバルチームや他国と協力しながら日本に留まらない製品価値の最大化をサポートする ■ 応募資格(経験、資格等) / Qualification (Experience & Skill etc.) 【経験 / Experience】 ・医薬品業界でのマーケティング経験3年以上 【能力/ Skill-set】 ・円滑なビジネス遂行に必要なコミュニケーションスキル（ファシリテーション、プレゼンテーション、ネゴシエーション） ・過程ではなく成果物の質にこだわる姿勢 ・自らの得意分野に安住せずチャレンジし続ける姿勢 ・客観的に事実ベースで現象をとらえ、現状を正確に理解する能力 ・個人の能力だけではなくチームとして高い成果を出せる働き方
