職務内容 １．ファシリティ関連業務 Facilities & Operationsのチームメンバーサポート業務 品川本社でのファシリテイオペレーション業務全般 品川本社メール室の管理業務 Facilities ＆Operations への問い合わせ管理 AVおよび複合機の利用方法、管理についてのバックアップ業務 東京本社のビル管理会社との窓口 外部倉庫に保管している文書管理 ２．セキュリティ関連業務 全国オフィスのセキュリティカードの手配（ビルのカード及び当社専有部カード）及び管理 専有部セキュリティアクセスの設定管理 主要オフィスの入退室データの抽出とAPACチームへの月次提出 その他セキュリティ関連業務全般 ３．Facilities & Operations のサポート業務 支払関連業務（Ariba/ 請求書処理） チームメンバーのサポート 必須要件 学士（４年制大学卒）以上又はそれに相当する学位、資格保持者 3年以上の総務業務またはオフィスオペレーション関連業務経験者 外資系企業での勤務経験があれば尚可 ファシリティコストの管理、予算組に興味がある 英語力（日常会話レベル） 出張が可能な方（国内メイン） オフィス什器の選定経験 オフィスの移転、開設等のオペレーションの経験 経費削減施策の経験 コンピーテンシー コミュニケーション能力及び協調性 プレゼンテーション資料の作成ができる Excelの簡単な数式計算ができる
