職務タイトル シニアテクニシャン (Senior Technician) レポートライン エンジニアリングチームマネージャー 所属グループ エンジニアリングオペレーション 概要 カスタマーフルフィルメントセンター（物流倉庫。以下、CFC）において、ロボット、コンベヤ、エレベーター、ベルトなどのマテハン機器（以下、MHE)を日々メンテナンスする活動を実施し、また改善を進める。また、サイトレベルでの慢性的な問題についての改善プロジェクトの一部をリードし、上司であるシフトリーダー（ETM）休暇・不在時には、シフトリーダー代理の役割を果たす。 主な仕事相手 CFCではエンジニアリングオペレーション（Engineering Operations）というグループに所属し、以下のメンバーと日々一緒に仕事をします。 オペレーションマネージャー（上司の上司） チームマネージャー（上司） テクニシャン/シニアテクニシャン 役割及び責任 CFCにおいて、オペレーションを時間通り終わらせるために、機械やシステムの状況をモニターしながら、トラブルに迅速に対応する。 CFCにおいて計画保全（点検作業、清掃作業など) を定められた手順に従い、時間通りに安全に実施する。 現場の日々の５S活動（整理・整頓・清掃・清潔・しつけ）を実施する。 労働安全衛生法や他の社内の安全衛生のルールに従い、業務を遂行する。必要に応じて、安全衛生の担当者とコミュニケーションをとる。 上司 (チームマネージャー）不在時には、シフトリーダーとして、クライアントのオペレーションリーダーと協働し、当日のオペレーション・メンテナンスの計画が達成できるよう、シフトチームをリードする。 信頼性を向上させるために必要なデータを収集したり、分析したりする。他のメンバーや他部署と共同しながら、設備稼働の信頼性を向上させる。 指示・計画されたメンテナンス等の計画に従って、機械の状況をモニターしたり、修繕を実施する。 最新の設備やシステムを導入するプロジェクトに参加し、担当エリアをリードする。 必要な知識、技術及び経験 手順書などが日本語でかかれており、また、クライアントと日本語でコミュニケーションをとるため、日本語を話し、読み書きする力は必須である。 以下があれば好ましいが入社前に必須ではない。（入社後、研修制度あり） 機械、電気及び制御に関する知識・資格 安全管理者 第２種衛生管理者 FMCG（消費財・最終製品）製造現場での経験 現場での問題を分析、解決する知識や経験 計画保全・予知保全・故障保全、等の経験 オートメーションに関するハードウェア・ソフトウェアの経験 様々な人と仕事をする上でコミュニケーションやチームワーク
