企業概要 ■■■人とアイディアに翼を授ける■■■ 弊社は1984年にオーストリアで設立されたエナジードリンクの会社です。日本では2005年から国内に向けた販売がスタートし、それまでに無かったエナジードリンクと呼ばれる新しいカテゴリーが誕生しました。創業から現在までユニークなマーケティング手法で拡販を続け、新型コロナの影響を受けつつも、二桁成長を続けています。現在は欧米だけでなく、アジアやアフリカ諸国にも拡大を続けています。 キーアカウントマネージャーは、CVS、スーパー、自販機オペレーター、ドラッグストア、EC、問屋等におけるエナジードリンクの流通、供給を強化、最適化し、売り上げの拡大を目指します。 今回募集するのは、北海道エリアにフォーカスしたKey Account Managerポジションで、Wholesaler（代理店）との協働を通して、その先にあるスーパー、ドラッグストア、ディスカウントストアや、自販機チャネルでのビジネス推進を担当して頂くポジションで、営業計画の立案・プロモーション提案、商品流通から店舗展開、その後のKPI管理、改善提案から実行までを一気通貫でご担当頂きます。 こんな時代だからこそ消費者に喜んでもらうこと、人とアイディアに翼を授ける事にやりがいを見いだせる方を歓迎します。 求人内容 営業計画の推進、実行 配荷、投資効率を考えた顧客プランの立案 KPI目標値の達成 商品流通、販売数、予算、冷蔵庫・販促品の配置、店頭展開のPDCAサイクルを回す 各店舗内でのブランディングの確立 グローバルガイドラインに沿った店頭展開の実施 POPの開発・提案 ビジビリティスペースの確保 顧客、担当先バイヤー、その他ステークホルダーとの関係構築・維持と強化 顧客や、伸長率及び収益性の分析 セールスプロモーション/ビジビリティ効果の分析 販売数ベースにおける顧客実績の把握社外、社内向けレポート作成 資格 必須スキル 5年以上のFMCG業界での本部営業経験 自動車運転免許 歓迎スキル FMCG業界の中で、WholeselerまたはSM、ドラッグ等のアカウントマネジメント経験 飲料メーカー、消費財等の本部営業経験 英語に対する語学力向上の意欲（ビジネスレベルの英語力があれば尚良し） 大学卒（経営、マーケティング専攻などが望ましい） 求める人物像 成長意欲の強い方 目標達成に対する粘り強さ、成果主義 エネルギッシュで情熱的 物事に対する柔軟性があり、臨機応変な対応が取れる 自信がある セルフモチベーター
