Job Description 1. 職務概要 サービス営業職は、当社の分子生物機器に関わるサービス・サポートを顧客に効果的かつ魅力的に提案し、販売を促進する役割を果たします。顧客との信頼関係を築き、ニーズを理解した上で最適なソリューションを提供し、売上拡大に寄与します。 2. 職務目的 事業部の指示・方針に基づき、サービス売上目標達成のため、営業活動を行う。 サービス商品（主に保守契約など）を市場に提供する。 担当地区における経営環境の変化と顧客の声を迅速に察知し、リスク回避のための報告・提案を部門長に対し行う。 顧客満足向上のために顧客、代理店との調整、協調、折衝にあたる。 3. 担当製品・サービスと担当エリア 分子生物機器へのサービス保守契約、規制要件へのソリューションサービス サービス保守契約 | Thermo Fisher Scientific - JP 東日本または西日本 4. 一日のスケジュール 営業目標達成、行動計画の策定と実施、担当地区の代理店ごとの目標と達成状況の把握、成果と課題のタイムリーなフィードバック、顧客・代理店訪問、ニーズに応じたサービス商品の提案、顧客満足度向上などが主な業務となります。 5. 研修期間・内容 2週間程度の研修を行います。この期間で、当社の製品、サービス、営業技術などについて学びます。 その後OJTの形で徐々に慣れていただき1カ月程度で担当者としてスタートいただきます。 6. 組織の雰囲気・チーム構成 オープンなコミュニケーションとチームワークを重視する活気あるチームの一員となります。当社の企業文化は革新、継続学習、協力を奨励しています。 7. キャリアパス・ポジションの魅力 このポジションは、パフォーマンスとコンピテンシーに基づいたスキルアップ、社内Job変更と昇進の機会を提供する明確なキャリアパスを持っています。顧客と強い関係を築き、ニーズを理解し、効果的なサービス提案を通じて売上拡大に貢献する機会がこの役職の魅力です。 8.
