Organizational Structure/ 事業・組織構成の概要 NetSuiteは、Oracleの中で独自のポジショニングを築いているSaaS製品で、グローバルで41,000社で採用されています。Japanでも、迅速かつ強力に市場を開拓しており、新規顧客を担当する人員を強化することになりました。チームの核となり、ビジネスに対するオーナーシップと結果に強くコミットできるメンバーをお迎えしたく考えています。 Job Description/ 職務内容 ミッドマーケット(年商30億円〜200億円)のSales Repの募集となります。NetSuiteは“land and expand”という戦略をもっています。Small Startで導入し、顧客の要望や成長に合わせて、クラウドERPの機能を拡張していく営業戦略をもっています。そのため、本ロールに対する期待値は、できるだけ広い面をカバーし自らの活動量とインサイドセールスとの連携で商談接点を多く持ち、迅速に初期導入いただける顧客を探し出す能力が求められます。そして、意思決定者及びステークホルダーとエンゲージし、自社のバリュープロポジションと顧客のビジネス課題を擦り合わせて、提案をクローズすることを期待します。 詳細は以下のようになります。 (1)テリトリープランとゲームプランを設計する。 (2)毎月、毎四半期の営業ターゲットを達成するため、逆算して必要な商談パイプラインを開発する。 (3)顧客のビジネス課題を仮説立案し、経営者を含む意思決定者に対し提案活動を行う。 (4)MEDDICを活用し販売機会を特定し、商談を成立させ、収益目標のTargetを達成する。 Roles & Responsibility/ 個人に期待する役割やミッション お客様の経営課題に向き合い、CXO層へ変革を支え続けるパートナーとして提案を行います。 このポジションを通じて最先端のビジネスモデルや戦略性を体感し、日本の企業の変革の一翼を担える醍醐味を肌で感じることができます。 Must/ 必須のキャリア、スキル、資格など 1.法人向けITソリューション営業経験５年程度以上 2.顧客の組織とビジネスを理解し、C-Levelとのビジネスコミュニケーションができること 3.営業活動のプロセスと結果に100％の情熱を注ぎ、Bias for Actionで活動できる方 4.営業のトップ集団の常連であり、それを裏付けるデータを持っている方 5.製品やテクノロジーについて学ぶことを楽しみ、それを顧客にとっての価値に変換できる方 Want/歓迎するキャリア、スキル、資格など 1.SaaS営業経験 2.製造／流通／小売／サービス等各業界に対するアカウント営業経験 3.ERPあるはCRMなどのビジネスアプリケーション営業経験 Language/語学力
