企業について 東京に拠点を持つ、マルチデバイスアプリケーションのUIデザインカンパニーです。 デザインの力でビジネスを前進させるデザインカンパニー ビジネス課題をデザインの力で解決するデザインカンパニーです。 ｢ハートを揺さぶるデザインで世界を前進させる｣というビジョンのもと、デザインの力を証明するためにUI/UXデザインを強みとした新規事業の立ち上げや、企業のデザイン戦略立案、デザイン組織構築支援などを行い、 デザインの価値向上を目指しています。 東京のほかにも、フルリモートのデザインチームAnywhere Teamという拠点があります。 得意とするのはUI/UXデザインですが、領域に制限はありません。クライアントのビジネスサイドとデザインをつなぎ、事業やプロダクト、組織づくりを戦略的に支援するほか、事業会社として自社サービスやプロダクトの開発、スタートアップへの投資など、多彩に展開しています。 仕事内容 プロダクトマネージャーは、クライアントのプロダクトビジョンの実現に向けて、一つのプロダクトに中長期的に関わりながら、デザインの力でビジネス成果をもたらすことを目指します。 関わる領域はソフトウェア開発、マーケティング、カスタマーサクセス、セールスと多岐に渡り、領域を横断して事業・サービスを成長させることに責任を持ちます。 クライアントとのグロースプロジェクトを牽引するリーダーとして、戦略立案から改善施策の実行まで一気通貫で関わる経験を得ることができます。 【具体的には】 ・プロダクトロードマップ策定支援 ・プロダクトビジョン策定支援 ・KGI/NSM/KPI策定支援 ・ユーザー価値定義支援 ・プロダクト改善企画提案 など ポジションのアピールポイント プロジェクトリーダーも兼務していただくため、プロジェクトの実施内容の検討やクライアントとのコミュニケーション等も裁量を持って実行できます。 グッドパッチのプロダクトマネージャーの強みであるUXデザインを自身の強みとすることができます。実際のプロジェクト内で行われたペルソナ策定や提供価値の仮説検証等のUX領域のナレッジが豊富に蓄積されており、学ぶことができます。 クライアントワークでの業務のため、複数のプロダクト開発組織にジョインしグロースに導く経験を短期間で積むことができます。 Requirements 必須要件 ・Webサービスやアプリの改善を主体的かつ継続的に行なった経験 ・UXデザインのプロセスを用いて、サービスの改善提案を行った経験 歓迎/尚可 ・プロダクトマネージャー、UXデザイナー、UIデザイナーとしての実務経験 ・プロジェクトマネージャーとしてプロジェクトを牽引した経験 ・事業やプロダクトの戦略策定に関わった経験 ・データ分析による課題発見/解決の経験 ・自社製品や他社製品のマーケティングに携わった経験 Benefits 雇用形態
