Amazonは「地球上で最もお客様を大切にする企業」を目指しています。そのためには、高い専門性と強い情熱を持つ人材が不可欠です。Amazonは絶えず進化を続ける企業であり、一人ひとりがオーナーシップを発揮し、自らの判断と行動で成果を生み出せる環境です。 スケーラブルデータベース担当のセールススペシャリストとして、Amazon Aurora MySQL、Amazon DynamoDB、Amazon DSQLなどのサービス導入をお客様と共に推進し、オンプレミス環境からの移行・モダナイゼーションをリードしていただきます。主な対象はデジタルネイティブ企業、ゲーム企業、ISV（独立系ソフトウェアベンダー）のお客様です。レガシーなデータベース基盤から、高パフォーマンスを実現するクラウドネイティブな用途特化型データベースへの移行を提案・支援します。具体的には、高価値なモダナイゼーション案件の発掘、技術・ビジネス双方のステークホルダーへのAWSスケーラブルデータベースの価値訴求、案件創出からクロージングまでの一連のセールスサイクル管理を担います。お客様のエンジニアリングリーダーと連携し、運用効率の向上・ライセンスコスト削減・将来の事業成長に向けたデータ基盤の最適化を実現する長期的な戦略を構築します。 Key job responsibilities •デジタルネイティブ企業、ゲーム企業、ISVに対し、AWSスケーラブルデータベース（Aurora MySQL、DynamoDB、DSQL）の売上拡大・導入促進・市場浸透に向けた戦略を策定し実行する。 •データベースモダナイゼーションおよびオンプレミスからの移行案件を発掘・評価し、レガシーシステム（Oracle、SQL Server、自己管理型MySQLなど）からAWSマネージドサービスへの移行によるビジネス価値を定量的に示すビジネスケースを構築する。 •高スループット・低レイテンシーが求められるワークロードに対し、処理性能・拡張性・コスト最適化・運用のシンプル化を軸に、お客様に響く価値提案を策定し発信する。 •年間売上目標の達成・超過を目指し、アカウントプランおよびテリトリープランを策定・実行する。 •能動的な新規開拓、パートナー連携、移行トリガー（ライセンス更新、キャパシティ限界、新サービスローンチなど）の特定を通じて、堅実なパイプラインを構築・維持する。 •分散SQL、サーバーレスデータベース、AI活用型データサービスなど、データベース技術のトレンドを常にキャッチアップし、AWSのスケーラブルデータベース群がお客様の進化するニーズにどう応えられるかを提案する。 •お客様からのフィードバックを収集し、プロダクトロードマップへの反映に貢献する。特にスケーラビリティ、マルチリージョン対応、開発者体験の観点からAWSデータベースサービスの改善を推進する。 About the team エリアスペシャリストチームは、お客様と直接向き合い、最も複雑な課題の解決を支援する専門家集団です。アカウントチームの重要な一員として、包括的なアカウント戦略の立案、高価値案件の発掘、主要顧客への提案活動をリードします。また、お客様から得られる貴重なインサイトをAWSのプロダクトロードマップに直接フィードバックすることも重要なミッションです。お客様が大きな構想を描き、ビジネス変革のために専門的な知見を求めるとき、私たちのチームは最大の力を発揮します。 Basic Qualifications- ソフトウェア、クラウド、またはSaaS市場における直販もしくはビジネス開発経験 5年以上 - データベース（リレーショナルもしくはNoSQL）もしくはデータプラットフォームの営業経験 3年以上 - ビジネスレベルの日本語のコミュニケーション能力 Preferred Qualifications- 新規顧客および新規市場セグメントに対するテクノロジーの提案・販売経験 - 詳細なGo-to-Market計画の策定経験
