Job Description 当社Talent Acquisitionチームの一員として、社内外のステークホルダーと連携し、長期的で優れたTA機能の構築を目指して頂きます。 新卒・中途の採用チームを率い、ビジネスの成長をサポートする体系的なソリューションを作り上げていける方を求めています。 管理職クラスでの採用となります。 ◆責任範囲 People Management： ・TAチームのマネジメント ・チームのキャリア開発とエンゲージメント促進 ・TAチーム内でのアカウンタビリティの推進。リーダーとして障害を取り除き、チームメンバーを成功に導く Operational Excellence： ・採用に関わる既存のプロセスの合理化および強化を行う。また、必要に応じて新たにプロセスを開発する ・チームメンバーにノウハウを提供し、チーム力の底上げを図る ・ATSなどシステムの導入を推進し、Candidate Experienceを向上させる ・データを用いながら優先順位とリソースを適切に判断し、業務目標、プロジェクトなどをマネジメントしていく Partner and Stakeholder Management： ・エージェンシーやサプライヤーとのパートナーシップを含む、戦略的パートナーシップを主導する ・部門のビジネスリーダーと連携し、社内の人材ニーズに関して助言を提供する ・様々な方法でタレントの獲得ができるよう、社内外の関係を構築および維持する ・データと分析を駆使し採用プロセスや手法の改善を行い、Candidate Experienceの向上を図るだけでなく、チームに優れたHiring Experienceを提供する Branding & Attraction： ・市場の優れた候補者からの関心をもってもらえるよう、採用力の総合的な向上を目指す ・体系的に採用の課題を特定する。TAリーダーシップチームと協力して、適切な選考方法や評価観点が確実に維持されるよう取り組む ・新卒/中途選考におけるスクリーニングや評価方法の改善を主導する ・ソーシャルメディアやブランドマーケティングツールを活用し、人材を惹きつけ、エンプロイヤーブランディングを促進する Qualifications 必須要件 ・3年程度のタレントアクイジションでのリーダーシップ経験 ・新卒採用業務の経験
