-English follows- 職務概要（Job Role） Soho Houseのバーバックとして、メンバーの皆様に常に素晴らしい体験を提供することがあなたの役割です。 自然なホスピタリティと魅力を活かしながら、人とつながり、成長し、楽しみ、そして価値を生み出せる環境をご提供します。 主な役割は、バー業務が円滑に進むようバーテンダーチームをサポートすることです。 スピリッツ、ガーニッシュ、氷など、営業中に必要な備品を常に補充・管理し、グラスやバー器具が清潔かつ適切に配置されている状態を維持します。 主な業務内容（Main Duties） メンバーがバーに来られた際に、温かく迎え入れる環境を作る 氷、スピリッツ、ミキサー類の補充、ガーニッシュの準備、グラスの補充などを行い、常にバーの在庫を適切に保つ グラスを磨き、所定の位置に整える シェイカー、ステアラー、ストレーナーなどの器具を洗浄し、適切な場所に配置する ストレージから飲料を補充し、ワイン、ミキサー、スピリッツ、ストロー、ナプキン、ガーニッシュなどを補充する バーエリア、テーブル、その他のエリアからグラスを回収する ゴミ箱を定期的に空にし、常に清潔かつ衛生的な環境を保つ オープンおよびクローズ業務（ステーションの準備・片付けを含む）を行う 常に清潔で整った作業環境を維持する メンバーへの会計対応およびカード決済、SHAppやHouse Payを用いた支払い処理を行う フロント・バックオブハウスのチームミーティングに参加し、メニュー変更やスペシャル、テイスティング内容を把握する 必要に応じてドリンクをテーブルへ提供する 常に高いホスピタリティとプロフェッショナリズムを持ってメンバー対応を行う 安全・セキュリティ・満足度・ウェルビーイングに関する事項に適切に対応する VIPおよびPWKのお客様に対して適切な対応を行い、プライバシーと機密性を厳守する 応募資格・求める経験（Experience Required） Soho Houseのバーバックとして活躍するためには、何かしらの接客経験と、一流のサービスを提供する意欲が求められます。 また、チームの一員として、信頼性が高く、フレンドリーで、成功に向けて貢献できる方を歓迎します。 お酒、コーヒー、食、ホスピタリティへの情熱 細部にまで気を配る力 優れた顧客対応力 思いやりのあるコミュニケーション能力 高い整理整頓能力と責任感 フィードバックを前向きに受け止め、メンバー満足度向上につなげる力 マルチタスク能力およびスピード感のある環境での対応力
-English follows- 職務概要（Job Role） Soho Houseのウェイター／ウェイトレスとして、メンバーの皆様に常に素晴らしい体験を提供することがあなたの役割です。 自然なホスピタリティと魅力を活かしながら、人とつながり、成長し、楽しみ、そして価値を生み出せる環境をご提供します。 主な責任は、メンバーに心地よく記憶に残る時間を過ごしていただくことです。 ご来店時のご案内から、オーダーテイク、メニューのご提案、お会計まで、Soho Houseのサービス基準に沿って一貫したサービスを提供していただきます。 主な業務内容（Main Duties） ご着席時にメンバーをお迎えし、メニューのご案内を行う ご案内前にテーブルセッティングを整え、お水やドリンクを提供（滞在中は適宜補充） オーダーを正確に伺い、キッチンへ連携する 料理内容を確認し、正しいテーブルへ提供する ワインやシャンパンの開栓・サーブを適切に行い、グラスの状態にも気を配る 担当セクションにおけるサービス提供および管理を行う アレルギーや食事制限の有無を確認する メニュー内容を深く理解し、ペアリングやご提案を行う メンバーと積極的にコミュニケーションを取り、満足度を確認する メンバーの好みやご要望を把握・記録し、パーソナライズされたサービスを提供する オープニング・クロージング業務（準備・片付け）を行う 常に清潔で整った作業環境を維持する お会計対応（カード決済、SH App・House Payの利用）を行う FOH・BOHチームのミーティングやテイスティングに参加し、メニュー変更やスペシャルを理解する 必要に応じて料理やドリンクの提供をサポートする テーブルのリセットおよび店内の整備を行う クレーム対応または適切なエスカレーションを行う 安全・セキュリティ・満足度・従業員およびメンバーのウェルビーイングに配慮する VIPやPWKのお客様に対し、プライバシーと機密性を厳守した対応を行う 応募資格（Experience Required） Soho Houseのウェイター／ウェイトレスとして理想的な方は、 1〜2年程度の接客経験、飲食またはホスピタリティ業界での経験をお持ちで、 一流のサービスを提供することに情熱を持っている方です。 食・ドリンク・ホスピタリティへの高い関心と情熱
