日本国内におけるラグジュアリーリテール店舗の新規出店・改装・施工プロジェクトをリードし、ブランドの世界観と高い品質基準を体現する店舗づくりを推進していただきます。グローバル本社や社内外の関係者と連携し、企画から完成までプロジェクト全体を管理していただくポジションです。 企業情報 当社クライアントは、卓越したクラフツマンシップと豊かなヨーロッパの伝統を誇る世界的ラグジュアリーブランドです。高級ジュエリー、ウォッチ、レザーグッズ、アクセサリー、フレグランス、ラグジュアリーホスピタリティなど幅広い事業を展開し、世界中のブティックを通じて最高品質の製品とサービスを提供しています。 職務内容 * 日本国内における新規出店、改装、移転、増床プロジェクトの推進 * コンセプト設計、デザイン調整、施工、竣工、引き渡しまでのプロジェクト管理 * グローバル本社、国内関連部門、外部パートナーとの調整 * グローバルブランドガイドラインに基づくデザイン品質の管理 * 建築図面、デザイン提案、仕様書、施工図面の確認 * プロジェクトスケジュール、予算、品質、納期の管理 * 建築設計事務所、施工会社、サプライヤー、デベロッパー、ランドロード、コンサルタントとの折衝 * 定期的な現場訪問および施工進捗の確認 * 日本国内の建築関連法規、安全基準、社内基準への適合確認 * ブランドイメージとラグジュアリー基準を維持したバリューエンジニアリングの実施 * リテール、VMD、ファシリティ、購買、財務などの社内関連部門との連携 * FF&Eの選定、調達調整、設置、最終品質確認 * プロジェクトリスクの特定および適切な改善策の実施 理想の人材 理想的な候補者に求める経験・スキル： * インテリアデザインにおける実務経験 * ファッション業界またはリテール分野でのデザイン経験がある方 * 複数部門との協働経験とプロジェクトマネジメントスキル *
