Job Description Summary当社では、医薬品の品質、有効性および安全性の確保を通じて患者様への安定供給を実現し、信頼性保証体制のさらなる強化を推進するため、総括製造販売責任者を募集します。 本ポジションは、信頼性保証本部長に直接レポートする部長職として、第1種医薬品製造販売業における総括製造販売責任者の職責を担い、薬機法および関連法令に基づく総括製造販売業者としての責務を遂行します。 また、総括製造販売責任者としての法定業務に加え、信頼性保証本部の一員として品質保証およびコンプライアンス関連業務を担当いただきます。具体的な担当領域については、候補者の経験、専門性および適性を考慮のうえ決定します。 Job Description 総括製造販売責任者としての業務： 薬機法その他関連法令に基づく総括製造販売責任者としての責務の遂行 製造販売業者として必要な品質保証体制および安全管理体制の維持・監督 品質保証責任者および安全管理責任者との連携 品質、安全性および法令遵守に関する重要事項の評価および経営陣への提言 査察への対応を含む東京都及び厚生労働省又はPMDAへの対応 関連法規制の変更に対する影響評価および適切な対応 医薬品の品質、有効性および安全性の確保に関する継続的な改善活動の推進 信頼性保証本部における業務： 品質保証およびコンプライアンス関連業務への参画 品質マネジメントシステムの維持・改善 委託先およびサプライヤーの品質管理に関する活動 逸脱、変更管理、CAPAおよび品質リスクマネジメントの推進 社内監査、外部監査および査察対応の支援・リード 品質文化およびコンプライアンス意識向上に向けた活動 グローバルおよび国内関係部門との連携 その他、信頼性保証本部が所管する業務 ※具体的な担当業務および責任範囲については、候補者の経験、専門性および組織ニーズを踏まえ決定します。 応募資格： 必須要件 薬剤師免許を有し、第1種医薬品製造販売業における総括製造販売責任者として選任可能な方 製薬企業における5年以上の品質保証業務の実務経験 GQP省令、薬機法および関連規制に関する知識と実務経験 品質マネジメントシステムの運用または改善経験 社内外の関係者と連携しながら業務を推進できるコミュニケーション能力 管理職またはチームリーダーとしての経験 言語 日本語（ネイティブレベル） 英語（ビジネスレベル、読み書きに加え、会議等に参加し積極的に発言できる会話力）
