Position Overview As the Business Talent Acquisition Specialist at the AI Robot Association (AIRoA), you will drive the recruitment of business professionals who support and accelerate our initiatives, including roles in strategy, communications/PR, HR, general affairs, and internal IT.
ESRの開発型ファンドの資金を使い、約5,000坪以上の物流用地のソーシング及び取得関連業務。主な投資対象エリアは関東・名古屋・関西・岡山・広島・福岡。取得対象となる土地の用途地域は主に工業地域・準工業地域・商業地域。 開発許可取得までに必要とする関連業務を社内コンストラクション・アクイジション・リーガルチームと連携し、開発可能な状態にするために諸々まとめていく。 土地の売主との売買契約書の交渉・作成。 ブローカー・コンサル会社・行政との折衝。 建物の建築にかかる情報・各種制限・リスク等の共有及び問題解決。建築・環境・法務・税務に係わるデューデリジェンスのサポート。 アクイジションチームが対応する、投資委員会用メモの作成のサポート。 取得する用地を開発ファンドに組み入れるための立ち上げ関連業務: 収支確認、工事項目確認、スケジュール管理、関連する契約書作成等。 ESRは市街化調整区域の土地取得にも注力しているため、土地区画整理事業・地区計画の設定・用途地域の変更にかかる関連業務の経験があると尚プラス。 Using ESRs development fund funds, sourcing and acquisition-related work for logistics land of approximately 16,000 m2 or more.
