【概要】 私たちは、AIロボットの社会実装を、基盤モデルの開発を通じて実現することを使命として、2024年末に設立された一般社団法人です。 4年間で総額205億円のNEDOプロジェクトを通してロボット基盤モデルを完成させ、世界へ展開していくことを目標としています。 【募集背景】 現在、当協会では国内外の拠点でのデータ収集と、ロボット汎用基盤モデルの開発を同時に進めています。事業の拡大に伴い、データ収集拠点の運営、海外の研究コミュニティとの接点づくり、新たな戦略施策など、部署をまたいで推進すべきプロジェクトが次々と生まれています。 本ポジションでは、その時々で重要なプロジェクトを自ら企画し、関係者を巻き込みながら完遂までリードしていただける方を募集します。 【業務内容（例）】 • データ収集オペレーションの国内拠点、および海外拠点の管理（進捗・品質・体制の管理、運営プロセスの改善） • 委託先をはじめとする外部業者との調整・交渉、契約後の進捗・品質管理 • 海外学会におけるワークショップの企画・運営（テーマ設計、登壇者や共催者との調整、当日運営、実施後の振り返り） • 国内外の先行事例や業界動向の調査・分析とそれを踏まえた施策の提言 • 部署をまたぐプロジェクトの推進と、関係者（社内チーム、会員企業、アカデミア、海外パートナー等）との調整 • 新たに生まれるプロジェクトの立ち上げと、仕組み化・運営体制づくり ※業務は固定ではなく、その時々で協会に必要なプロジェクトに応じて柔軟に変わります。 Requirements 【必須】 • 以下のいずれかのご経験（目安：2年以上） ◦ 事業開発、事業企画、オペレーションの仕組み化、管理および改善 ◦ コンサルティングファーム等でのプロジェクト推進 • 複数の関係者を巻き込みながら、プロジェクトを自ら企画し、完遂までリードしたご経験 • 抽象度の高い課題を具体的なタスクに分解し、複数の案件を並行して自走できる力 【歓迎】 • アーリーステージのスタートアップ等において、マルチタスクをさばきながらプロジェクトを企画・推進したご経験 •
