What is the job? マーケティングディレクターは、ホテル全体のマーケティング戦略を策定・実行し、ブランド認知度、需要創出、売上、マーケットシェア、収益性の最大化を推進する責任を担います。 デジタルマーケティング、SNS、広報（PR）、コンテンツ、パートナーシップ、各種キャンペーン、ゲストコミュニケーションなど、幅広いマーケティング施策を統合し、効果的に展開していきます。 本ポジションには、リゾート市場、顧客セグメンテーション、国内外のマーケット、デジタルマーケティング、 ホテルの販売・流通チャネル、および収益につながるマーケティング戦略に関する深い理解が求められます。 Your day to day 1. マーケティング戦略（Marketing Strategy） 年間マーケティングプランを策定・実行する。 客室およびF&B売上の向上につながるマーケティング戦略を策定する。 ターゲットマーケットおよび新規ビジネス機会を特定する。 市場動向および競合他社の活動を分析・モニタリングする。 マーケティングカレンダーを管理する。 2. デジタルマーケティング（Digital Marketing） ホテル公式ウェブサイトおよびオンラインマーケティング活動を管理する。 デジタル広告キャンペーンの企画・運営を行う。 公式サイトからの直接予約およびウェブサイトのコンバージョン率向上を推進する。 デジタルマーケティングのパフォーマンスおよびROIを分析・管理する。 3. SNS・コンテンツ（Social Media & Content） ホテルのSNS戦略およびコンテンツカレンダーを策定する。 SNSキャンペーンおよびプロモーションを管理する。 写真・動画撮影の企画・手配・進行を行う。 ホテル、レストラン、施設、アクティビティ、体験などの魅力を発信する効果的なコンテンツを制作する。
主な業務内容 ・クラブラウンジおよびクラブゲストサービスの日常オペレーション全般の管理 ・クラブゲストへのチェックイン・チェックアウト対応および各種案内 ・ゲストからの要望、問い合わせ、苦情への迅速かつ適切な対応 ・クラブラウンジでの朝食、アフタヌーンティー、カクテルタイム等のサービス品質管理 ・クラブスタッフのシフト管理、業務指導、教育・トレーニングおよびパフォーマンス管理 ・サービススタンダードの維持・向上およびオペレーション改善 ・Front Office、Food & Beverage、Housekeeping、Kitchen等の関連部門との連携 ・備品、飲食物、消耗品等の在庫・コスト管理 ・クラブサービスに関するゲスト満足度、フィードバック、各種指標の分析と改善施策の実施 ・安全衛生、食品衛生、セキュリティおよびホテルの各種規程・ブランドスタンダードの遵守 必要に応じて、部門長へのレポート作成および各種ミーティングへの参加 Key Responsibilities ・Manage the day-to-day operations of the Club Lounge and all Club Guest services. ・Handle Club Guest check-in and check-out procedures
