Job Description: 【職務概要】 Cloud&ITアウトソーシング部において、ネットワーク運用チームのリーダーとしてお客様ネットワーク環境の安定運用を統括します。運用プロセスの標準化・自動化を推進し、継続的な運用品質向上とコスト最適化、チーム育成および海外オフショアとの連携強化を担います。 【主な業務内容】 • エンタープライズのネットワーク運用リード • ネットワーク運用チーム（数名～10名程度）のマネジメント • 運用プロセスの標準化・最適化の推進 • 高度な運用自動化の設計と実装運用 • SLAの策定・管理と継続的な改善 • インシデント・問題管理のエスカレーション対応 • お客様との運用レビュー・報告 • 複雑な障害対応の指揮と解決策の提案 • 運用改善ロードマップの策定と実行 • 運用視点からの新規構築プロジェクトへのアドバイス • 国内外ベンダー/オフショアとの連携及び指導 【求める人物像】 • 運用品質とお客様満足度を最重視できる方 • 先を見据えた運用設計と改善提案ができる方 • チームを育成・指導し、メンバーの成長を支援できる方 • 複雑な問題を論理的に分析し、最適な解決策を導き出せる方
