ポジション概要 Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) 部門では、年間数億にのぼる商品をお客様とお約束したお届け日に安全かつ正確に商品をお届けすべく、日本全国のAmazon物流拠点を結ぶ大規模な幹線輸送ネットワークを構築・運営しています。1日5,000運行を超えるこの複雑なネットワーク運営の中核を担うRelay Operation Center (ROC) において、幹線輸送における品質を管理するQuality Management (QM) チームのメンバーを募集します。業務を通じてAmazonの輸送オペレーションの仕組づくりに携われるともに業務構築のスキルも身に着け向上させることができます。ぜひあなたの経験と可能性を活かして世界最高品質のECサービスを提供しましょう。 チーム概要 ROC QMチームの主な機能は以下の通りです。 1. 幹線輸送（出荷拠点から配達拠点まで）で発生するトラックの出発遅延や着車遅延、貨物の積み残しに対する輸送品質の管理 2. お盆や年末年始などで発生する渋滞に対する輸送リードタイムのモニタリングと修正 3. 天候災害発生時 (台風・大雪など) の品質維持と早期回復に向けたプロセス管理 上記の品質水準を高めることで、お客様に最上のサービスを提供します。 職務内容 本ポジションでは数名で構成される地域毎のチームのなかでチーム概要の「1」にある幹線輸送における輸送品質管理の業務を担っていただきます。具体的には以下のような業務があります。 - 担当エリアにおけるデリバリー拠点への貨物遅延のモニタリング、原因分析とDailyでのリカバリ対応 - 継続的な貨物遅延に対する中長期的な施策の立案と実行、および効果測定 - 上記を実施するための業務フローの見直しや標準プロセスの整備 本ポジションの魅力 業界経験・未経験を問わず、業務プロセスの課題や問題に対して率先して取り組めるメンバーが活躍しており、以下のような魅力があります。 - 影響力の大きさ：Amazonの日本における幹線輸送の品質管理に携われるポジションであり、自らの業務によってお客様へのお届け予定 - 専門能力：物流業界における輸送品質の管理手法を大規模なフィールドで学べるほか、オペレーションの構築やSQLを用いたデータ分析と仮説検証など、問題解決力のスキルを習得、向上させることができる。 Amazonでは、最新のAI Tool,
