マネージャー、ラグジュアリー＆ライフスタイルブランド日本＆ミクロネシア担当（東京コーポレートオフィス）Manager, Luxury & Lifestyle Brands, Japan and Micronesia (Tokyo Corporate Office) 日本＆ミクロネシア地域におけるラグジュアリーブランドのローカライズ、定義、展開、およびパフォーマンス向上を共同で主導します。本役職は、地域の営業、オペレーション、D&E（ダイバーシティ＆インクルージョン）、開発の各チームと緊密に連携し、イニシアチブの「ホテル対応」展開を確保するとともに、ブランドおよびホテルのパフォーマンス向上を推進し、当社の成長戦略を支援します。 消費者のインサイト、競合分析、およびシステムの適応性を活用して意思決定を行い、ゲスト体験の競争力、一貫性、品質を確保するための継続的改善システムを設計・実施します。 日々の業務 グローバルフレームワークに基づき、担当地域に合わせて適宜調整したブランド戦略およびブランド計画のローカライズと実施を管理します。 各ブランドの製品・サービスイノベーションの開発、パイロット実施、およびホテルへの導入を支援し、ブランドの健全性／属性に対する認識を強化するとともに、地域内でのブランド認知度とブランドエクイティを高めます。必要に応じて、グローバルプロジェクトグループと連携して展開を行います。「ホテルレディ」プロセスの採用を確実にします。 コーポレートオフィスおよびホテル従業員向けのブランド導入プログラムの展開を管理する。 New Hotel Opening（新規開業ホテル）のエンドツーエンドでの提供を確実にするため、ホテルブランドの開業前プロセスを遂行する。 ホテルの品質管理チームのメンバーと連携し、ブランド基準およびゲスト体験基準の策定・実施・評価を管理・実行する。これにより、関連するすべての製品・サービスの改善がブランド基準に反映されるよう確保するとともに、ブランド基準が常に最新かつ正確な状態を維持されるようにする。 高品質かつ一貫性のあるホテルブランドマーケティングを支援するための地域向けツールキットおよびリソースの開発を主導し、効果的な導入を確実にする。また、その他のステークホルダーチーム（開発部門、D&Eなど）向けのブランドツールについても同様の支援を行う。 プロジェクト予算、コスト見積もり、請求書を監視・追跡し、地域内で制作されたすべてのブランド資料のファイリングシステムを整備する。 ホテル運営チームおよび地域マーケティングチームが、ホテルにおけるブランドマーケティングのコンプライアンスを達成できるよう支援する。 すべてのブランドにおいて一貫したグローバルブランドコミュニケーションガイドラインを維持するため、サブリージョンのコーポレートオフィスに対するブランドガーディアンおよび窓口としての役割を果たす。 すべてのブランド投資の成果を定量化するための適切な追跡・測定システムが整備されていることを確認し、事業上の優先事項に対して投下資金から最大の成果が得られるよう責任を負う。 ブランド／カテゴリーディレクターと連携し、マーケティング・シェアード・サービス・チームに対してブランドコミュニケーションのニーズや目標を説明し、同チームが関連する地域ブランドキャンペーンを策定・実行できるようにする。 カテゴリー、ブランド、および消費者インサイトチームと連携し、市場、ブランド、およびビジネスチャンスを徹底的に理解するための調査要件を特定・策定する。 担当地域のブランドを強化するため、既存データを分析し、必要に応じて追加調査を実施し、現在および将来の消費者ニーズ、製品・ブランド認知度、価格・価値に対する認識、ならびに消費者および仲介業者の動向に関する知見を最大限に深める。 地域ステークホルダー向けコミュニケーションプログラムの策定および実施を支援する。 応募要項 学歴 マーケティング、コミュニケーション、またはビジネス関連の学位を有することが望ましい 経験 ラグジュアリー・ホスピタリティ業界、またはその他の消費者向けラグジュアリー分野において、5年以上の実務経験（特に大手多国籍企業での経験が望ましい）。マーケティングおよび／またはブランドマネジメントに重点を置いた職務経験があること アジア地域における多国籍企業での実務経験 必須スキル
