Global Brand Marketing, Glaucomaは、緑内障の内科および外科ポートフォリオにおけるグローバルブランド戦略および各種イニシアチブの策定・実行・展開を支援する役割です。 本ポジションは、 グローバルメディカルアフェアーズ、マーケットアクセス（3M）、CFU（Commercial Functional Units） と連携し、全社的なグローバルブランド戦略および目標との整合性を確保しながら、グローバルブランドプランニングに貢献します。 また、グローバル戦略をリージョン向けに実行可能なブランドプログラム、ツール、ガイダンスへと落とし込み、グローバル施策の展開を支援します。 グローバルローンチの準備、ライフサイクルマネジメント、上市後の活動を支援し、部門横断的なインプットの調整や、グローバルブランド／ローンチ／プロモーション資材の開発にも関与します。 本ポジションは、リージョンおよび部門横断のステークホルダーと密接に連携し、各市場におけるブランドポジショニング、キーメッセージ、プロモーションおよび疾患啓発活動の一貫した実行を支援します。加えて、緑内障領域におけるグローバルな競合環境のモニタリングを行い、ブランド最適化およびポートフォリオプランニングに資するコマーシャルインサイトを提供します。 グローバル・ブランドプラン策定／実行およびイニシアチブの展開 緑内障ポートフォリオ（Rhopressa、Roclanda、Preserflo、その他必要に応じたグローバル緑内障ブランド）における、ポジショニングフレームワークおよびキーメッセージを含むグローバルブランドプランの策定および実行支援 緑内障ポートフォリオに関するグローバル施策の実装 グローバルローンチ準備およびオペレーショナルサポート グローバルローンチ準備チーム（GLRT）の中核メンバーとして、緑内障製品のグローバルローンチ準備活動を支援 マーケティング、メディカルアフェアーズ、マーケットアクセス（3M）間の部門横断的な調整を行い、ローンチマイルストーンおよび資材のタイムリーな提供を支援 上市後活動の支援（実行進捗のトラッキング、最適化機会の特定を含む） グローバルブランド資材およびプログラム実行 営業支援ツール、トレーニング資材、疾患啓発ツール、学会用資材など、グローバルブランドおよびプロモーション資材の開発・レビュー・展開を支援 社内ステークホルダーおよび外部代理店と連携し、担当プロジェクトをスケジュールおよびスコープ内で管理 グローバル資材が目的に適合し、リージョン／ローカルチームによって効果的に展開可能であることを担保 部門横断およびリージョンとの連携 グローバルメディカルアフェアーズと連携し、メディカル戦略、サイエンティフィックコンテンツ、ブランド施策の整合性を確保 リージョンおよびローカルマーケティングチームと協働し、グローバルブランド方針との整合性を維持しながら施策実行を支援
