Job TitleCustomer Service Support, SRC Job Description 当社の在宅医療で使用される、人工呼吸器および関連する消耗品のカスタマーサービス業務をお任せします。 訪問先は、患者様のご自宅、医療従事者（医師、看護師、臨床検査技師など）、病院関係者です。 患者様が在宅で使用されている機器のメンテナンスや修理対象の機器の交換対応を中心に行うほか、顧客である 医療従事者や病院関係者と機器の管理を含むカスタマーサービス活動全般の業務効率化を行います。 業務上、基本的にはオフィスに出社し勤務していただきますが、社用車が貸与後は患者様のご自宅へ直行していただくことが可能です。 過去入社者の 8 割以上が医療業界未経験者です。OJT などでしっかりとした研修を用意していますので業界未経験の方でも安心して新たなキャリアを構築していただけます。 ・医師の処方に基づき、患者様宅で使用される医療機器の導入・交換・メンテナンスを実施 ・故障や不具合が発生した機器の交換・修理対応 ・担当施設および患者様宅の機器を正確に管理し、業務効率と利益率の維持・向上を図る ・夜間や緊急時の対応（シフト制） ・既存顧客の維持だけでなく、新規処方の獲得ならびに新規顧客・市場開拓などの営業活 動のサポートを行う。 ・複雑な顧客情報の収集・分析に基づく、具体的な行動計画の策定・実行を行う。 ＜求める経験＞ ・営業経験（法人・個人問わず）もしくは類似する個客対応経験 1 年以上 ・在宅医療に興味をお持ち方 ・医療従事経験がある方は営業経験不問 ＜転勤＞ 原則、転居を伴う転勤はありません。 【業務内容】医療機器に関するカスタマーサービス 【契約期間】期間の定めなし 【試用期間】試用期間あり（原則として入社日より 6 ヶ月） 【就業場所】福岡支店
