Make your mark for patients 患者さんのためにあなたの力を発揮してください チームについて アンメットメディカルニーズに応えるエビデンス創出 、ならびに、医科学専門家との医学的・科学的議論を通じ、医療環境向上に貢献し、かつ、患者とその家族、医療従事者にとってのユーシービー製品の価値を最大化する。 アンメットメディカルニーズに応えるエビデンス創出と、医科学専門家との医学的・科学的な議論を通じて、医療環境の向上に貢献します。 患者とその家族、医療従事者にとっての自社製品の価値を最大化することを目指します。 少人数のチームで担当エリアを受け持ち、フィールドで得たニーズやインサイトをメディカル活動へつなげます。 主な業務内容 ・メディカル戦略プランに基づき、担当エリアの医科学専門家を対象とするフィールドメディカルプランを策定し、実行・進捗管理します。 ・最新の医学・科学動向や競合情報、医科学専門家のニーズとインサイトを把握・分析し、フィールドメディカルリードへ共有します。 ・医科学専門家との継続的な医学・科学的交流を通じて信頼関係を構築・維持します。 ・データを客観的かつ批判的に解釈し、科学的ディスカッションを通じて医療環境の向上につながる気づきを提供します。 ・製品ライフサイクルに応じ、フィールドメディカルリードの指示のもとで社内関係部署へ医学的・科学的インプットを提供します。 ・業務目標と方針を関係者と共有し、クロスファンクショナルに連携します。 ・メディカルアフェアーズおよびチームの能力開発活動に参加し、知識・スキル・成功事例を組織へ還元します。 ・高い倫理観とコンプライアンス意識を持って活動します。 ポジションの魅力 ・自分でField Medical活動をデザインし、InsightをMedical Strategyにつなげられる。 ・DermatologyとRheumatologyを横断するImmunology領域で、専門性を深められる。 ・Top KOLを含む専門家と高度なScientific Exchangeをリードできる。 ・情報提供だけではなく、アンメットニーズの特定からEvidence Generationまで関われる。 ・少数精鋭チームなので、一人ひとりのMSLのインパクトが大きい。 応募資格 ・MSLとしての実務経験 ・直近の実務経験がMR以外のメディカルアフェアーズ、MSL、または関連職種 ・理学系分野の修士以上の学位、または医師・薬剤師・看護師等の医療系国家資格 ・日本語ネイティブレベル
