企業概要 Santenは、眼科医療に特化した130年の歴史を持つ製薬企業です。日本発のグローバル企業として60カ国以上に拠点を持ち、目の健康のために様々な革新的な治療法とデジタルソリューションを提供し、世界中の人々の視覚に関わる社会問題に取り組んでいます。 求人内容 本ポジションは、日本およびグローバルの事業部門と連携しながら、業務の有効性、業務効率、および組織パフォーマンスの向上につながるデジタルソリューションおよび情報システムの企画・設計・導入・運用支援を担います。 主な担当領域はResearch & Development（R&D）ですが、事業上の優先事項や組織のニーズに応じて、Healthcare、Customer Engagement、人事、法務、財務など他の業務領域を支援する場合もあります。 信頼されるDigital & IT Business Partnerとして、事業部門、Digital & IT組織、外部パートナーと密接に連携しながら、ビジネスニーズの理解、システム関連施策の推進、ITソリューションの提供、および持続的な事業成果の実現を支援します。 主な職務内容と責任 Business Partnership（ビジネスパートナーシップ） R&Dおよび関連部門のステークホルダーと信頼関係を構築し、業務上の課題、ニーズ、および優先事項を理解する。 ビジネス目標の達成と事業価値の創出に向けて、ITおよびデジタルソリューションを提案し、その導入・活用を支援する。 ビジネス部門とIT部門の橋渡し役として、優先順位、期待値、およびソリューション方針の整合を図る。 Project Leadership（プロジェクト推進） 担当するITプロジェクトおよび施策について、計画策定、実行、および進捗管理をリードする。 プロジェクトにおける課題やリスクを主体的に特定・管理し、適切な対策を推進することで、円滑なプロジェクト遂行を実現する。 社内外の関係者と連携しながら、プロジェクトの成功に向けて推進する。 Solution & System Management（ソリューション・システム管理） 担当するシステムおよびアプリケーションの安定運用と継続的な改善を推進する。 Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration（ステークホルダーコミュニケーション・協働） プロジェクトの状況、リスク、課題、およびシステム変更に関する情報を、関係者へ適切に共有する。 グローバルおよびリージョナルのITチームと連携し、IT戦略、および各種イニシアチブの実行を支援する。 資格 学歴・経験
