システム・コントロール・エンジニア（ePowertrain） 会社名 GKNドライブラインジャパン株式会社 勤務地 大光寺事業所（栃木県栃木市大光寺町1150番地） ※プロジェクト状況に応じて出社可能であることを前提に、リモート勤務と組み合わせたハイブリッド勤務が可能です ＜アクセス＞ JR小山駅より車で25分 東武宇都宮線「壬生駅」より車で５分、徒歩20分 東北自動車道「栃木インター」下車25分 雇用形態 正社員 配属先 開発部門 システムエンジニアリング 職務概要 本ポジションでは、eDriveおよびAWDシステム向けの制御機能・制御パラメータ開発を担当します。 欧州・北米・アジアにあるGKN Automotiveのグローバル開発チームと連携し、日本および海外の自動車メーカー向けに最先端のドライブトレイン制御技術を提供します。 車両のトラクション、俊敏性、安定性に関わるトルクマネジメント制御の開発を通じて、ドライバーに「走る楽しさ」を提供し、顧客車両の競争力向上に貢献する重要な役割です。 主な業務内容 内部・顧客要求仕様の確認および既存制御機能との比較検討、新規制御機能の企画・開発 シミュレーション、ラピッドプロトタイピング、実機試験を活用した制御機能の開発（PoCまで） 性能・安定性・安全性を考慮した制御パラメータの設計および同定手順の開発・実行 線形／非線形プラントモデルの構築およびシミュレーションモデルの整備 ソフトウェア要求仕様書（SRS）の作成・更新および要求トレーサビリティ管理 制御アルゴリズムのソフトウェア実装および標準・ガイドラインの策定 シミュレーション、テストリグ、ダイナモ、実車でのキャリブレーション支援 技術的観点からの実現性評価およびエンジニアリングチームへのフィードバック 安全性・安定性評価に基づく最終パラメータ承認支援、試験レポート作成 不具合解析および問題解決のためのデータ分析・実験 応募資格 工学系（機械・電気・電子・メカトロニクス・物理学など）学士相当以上 メカトロニクス分野における制御開発の経験 制御開発ツール、データ計測システムに関する基礎知識 ECUなど制御ソフト／電気電子ハードウェアの基礎知識
