職種 フルタイム(契約) 職務明細 アラムコ・アジア・ジャパンは、世界最大級のエネルギー企業サウジアラムコの日本拠点です。 日本とサウジアラビアを結ぶエネルギー・技術協力の中心拠点として、原油供給の安定化、技術移転、企業連携を支えています。 日本は国内需要のほぼすべてを海外からの輸入に頼る石油などのエネルギーによって支えられており、その安定供給は社会と経済を維持するために欠かすことのできない基盤です。 その約40％をサウジアラビア（サウジアラムコ）から輸入しており、両国関係はエネルギー供給を軸にパートナーシップに発展しています。 アラムコ・アジア・ジャパンではこの度、日本オフィスでC&B全般を担当するHR Coordinatorを募集しております。 人事マネージャーの監督の下、勤怠管理を含む給与計算、社会保険事務等を担当いただきます。また、給与改定や福利厚生プログラムの運営等、報酬・福利厚生（C&B）の業務に携わっていただきます。 スキル・資格 必須要件 ・人事領域の実務経験が2年以上 ・給与・社会保険に関する実務経験 (給与計算、社会保険手続きは、アウトソースをしているので細かい部分の対応はありません) ・Microsoft Excel（VLOOKUP、ピボットテーブルなど） ・日本語が流暢で、ビジネスレベルの英語コミュニケーション能力を有すること ＋α要件 ・日本の労働法に関する知識（社会保険労務士資格保持者または受験生歓迎） ・人事システム（SAP Success Factors または類似のシステム）の使用経験 ・給与計算プロセスの効率化や改善の実績 ・多国籍企業での勤務経験 業務内容 職務内容： •給与計算 ・給与計算と社会保険事務を委託している外部業者と協力しての事務 ・年末調整や住民税関係事務等の給与関係の税務処理 ・給与や社会保険事務の社内窓口業務 ・福利厚生制度の運用サポート •労務管理 ・勤怠管理システムを利用して社員の就業管理 ・入社・退社に伴う手続き ・産休育休等の休職者対応
