Tektomeについて Tektomeは、建設業界に特化したAI知能基盤「Tektome Platform」を開発・提供しています。 Tektome Platformは、業務を実行する「AIエージェント」と、業務に関わる知見をひとつに集約する「データベース」の2つで構成されます。図面・プロジェクト資料・議事録・行政協議記録・社内基準書・現場写真といった組織知・暗黙知がAIによって構造化され、エージェントとの対話を通じて業務そのものが進んでいきます。業務の中で生まれた判断や知見は再びデータベースに蓄積され、エージェントもまた組織の知見をもとに洗練されていく——この循環により、 使うほど自社固有の知能基盤へと進化していく点が最大の特徴です。 提供ソリューション Tektome Platform上で、設計・施工業務を担うソリューションを提供しています。 それぞれが特定の業務領域に特化しています。 KnowledgeBuilder（データベース構築）：散在する組織知をAIが構造化し、参照可能な資産に変える。 Regulation Research（法令調査）：法令・条例をAIが調査し、根拠まで遡って確認できる。 ReqManager（要件管理）：文書に散在する設計要件をAIが抽出し、出典付きで一元管理する。 AI BIM Checker（BIM検証）：BIMモデルを自然言語の対話だけで検証する。 現在提供しているのは代表的なユースケースの一部です。今後は 積算・分析ダッシュボード構築・タスク管理など対応領域を拡張予定であり、Tektome Platform上で顧客自身がソリューションを開発することも可能です。意匠設計だけでなく、サブコンやプラントエンジニアリング領域のユースケース開発にも力を入れていくフェーズです。 ポジション概要 本ポジションは、CAD／BIM の実務経験を土台に、Tektome Platform を自ら使いこなし、顧客の現場に伴走しながら活用を成功に導く役割です。 私たちが求めているのは「作図する人」ではありません。 CAD オペレーターとしての経験があるからこそ、 * 顧客が図面やデータについて何に困っているかを、説明される前に理解できる * 設計事務所・ゼネコンの業務フローや言葉が、通訳なしで通じる * 受領データの状態を見ただけで、何が起きているか見当がつく ——この「建築実務の解像度」を武器に、Tektome のサービスを顧客の業務に定着させるところまでを担っていただきます。 顧客の現場と Tektome のプロダクトの間に立ち、両方の言葉を話せる存在。
