カタログギフト・TV通販向けルート＆新規開拓 商社を担当し、TVチャネルの拡販の活動が主な活動となります。 自社製品を大手カタログギフト会社や有名TV通販番組へ提案し、エンドユーザー（消費者）へ届ける架け橋となる製品プロデュース型営業をお任せします。 本ポジションは、単に決まった商品を売るだけの営業ではありません。 ECモールなどの掲載枠が無限にあるネットプラットフォームとは異なり、カタログの1ページや、TV通販の15分という限られたリアルな物理的枠（スペース）を他社競合と競い合いながら勝ち取るポジションです。 バイヤーの目の前でデモンストレーションを行い、誌面レイアウトや番組構成のアイデアまで一緒に作り上げる、非常にクリエイティブで熱量の高い提案型営業です。 基本的には、すでに直接取引のある大手カタログ会社や商社、卸販売業者への既存深耕営業が約8割を占めます。先方のバイヤーや担当者と次のシーズンはどんな仕掛けをしようか、どの掲載枠を狙おうかと、中長期的なパートナーシップを築いていく営業スタイルです。 新規開拓約2割については、商社を通したTV通販会社（番組枠）への営業活動となります。ターゲットを絞り込んだ上での戦略的な企画持ち込みやサンプル提案が中心となるため、飛び込み営業や闇雲なテレアポなどは一切ありません。 カタログの1ページ、TV通販の15分という「限られたリアルな枠」を自社製品でどうプロデュースするか。そして、獲得した枠に向けて先方の指定倉庫へ、まとまった数量（バルク）を確実にコントロールして納品するという、メーカーならではのダイナミックなリアル流通を動かす手応えと快感を味わえるポジションです。 【スケジュール例】 効率的な社内業務、臨機応変な商談、そしてじっくり戦略を練るプランニングタイムと、1日の中で非常にメリハリをつけて動ける環境です。 9:00～12:00｜案件確認（社内業務・出荷＆在庫状況チェック） メール・数字の確認：直接取引のある大手カタログ会社や商社、卸業者からの連絡に対応します。TV通販の放映やカタログの注文状況に応じた出荷データをチェックします。 提案準備： 午後からの対面商談、WEB商談に向けて資料やサンプルの準備を丁寧に行います。 13:00～16:00｜案件提案 既存深耕・新規提案：直接取引のあるカタログ会社や商社、卸業者へメールでの提案提出、または定期訪問（対面商談）を行います。また、商社と連携してTV通販会社へ足を運ぶこともあります。WEBとオフライン双方の良さを活かしたスマートな営業活動を展開します。 16:00～18:00｜ビジネスプランニング（次の一手の企画・設計） 戦略・企画立案： 次シーズンの掲載枠を勝ち取るための企画書や、ターゲットを絞り込んだ新規の提案書を作成します。 需給のプランニング： カタログの有効期間やTV放映日に合わせ、いつ、どの倉庫に製品を送り込むかの適正な在庫・納品プランを組み立てます。飛び込み営業やテレアポに追われるのではなく、じっくりと「売れる仕組み」をプランニングする時間です。 【対象となる方】 ■必須条件 ・有形商材の法人営業経験（2〜3年以上） ⇒物流や在庫、納期管理の感覚を持っていることが不可欠なため ・提案型または企画型の営業経験 ⇒既存の商品をそのまま売る（御用聞き）ではなく、顧客の課題に合わせて セット売りの提案、販促企画の提案などを自ら組み立てて提案した経験が必要となります ・物流・生産管理に関する基礎知識 ⇒リードタイム（納期）の計算、最低発注数量（MOQ）の折衝など、営業の裏側にあ るロジスティクスの流れを理解している方でお願いします ・基本的なPCスキル ⇒カタログギフト会社への案件提案書や、TV通販のバイヤーへ提出する提案書、番組 演出のアイデアシート等の作成ができるレベル（フォーマットへの入力だけでなく、構成を自分で作れる方） ■歓迎条件 ・バイヤーの動きや業界の商習慣を知っている方は大歓迎 ・卸店をマネージメントされていた方 ・TVチャネルでの販売経験者 ・カタログギフト業界、または通販業界（TV・EC）への営業経験者 ⇒カタログ会社や各種テレビ局の通販枠への提案・買い取り交渉の経験がある方 ・メーカーでの卸営業、またはリテール（小売・流通）向けの営業経験者 ⇒百貨店、GMS（総合スーパー）、専門店などのバイヤーを相手に、棚割り（スペース獲得）やプロモーションの交渉を行ってきた経験がある方 【待遇・福利厚生】 ・社会保険完備（雇用・労災・健康・厚生年金） ・退職金制度（企業型確定拠出年金） ・資格取得支援 ・当社製品社割購入制度
