ダイレクトマーケティングのインバウンド/コールトランスファーエージェントとして、H.I.L.T.O.N.バリューを実践のもと、ブランドの品位を保ちつつ、下記職務を高い水準にて実行していただきます。電話を通じて、当社の販売説明会に参加していただくお客様を獲得、最大化することがミッションです。このミッションに向けて、お客様に新しいバケーションスタイル、タイムシェアを紹介するお仕事です。 インバウンド/コールトランスファーの業務内容 ・ ゲスト/オーナー様からの入電に対し、タイムシェア販売説明会(日本/ハワイ)への参加を提案、予約受付（パートナーからの転送も含む） ・ ゲスト/オーナー様へ発信し、タイムシェア販売説明会(日本/ハワイ)への参加を提案、予約受付 ・ 日本およびハワイ宿泊プラン (WGパッケージ、ハワイパッケージ) の販売 ・ プログラムの販売におけるカード決済 ・ タイムシェア販売説明会予約後のメール配信 ・ その他、お客様からの問合せ対応 ・ 上記業務を通して、毎月/四半期/毎年のパフォーマンス目標を越えるためのアクション 職務における特定の義務と責任の範囲 ・ 電話対応 (受信・発信) ・ メール対応（受信・送信） ・ データ入力 (Salesforce, VOICE, エクセルなどの同時操作) ・ 業務用資料作成 ・ カード決済 ・ 苦情対応 ・
