主な職責 ・すべての従業員が快適に働ける職場環境づくりのプログラムを作成してください。年に1回の従業員満足度調査を支援し実施してください。 ・生産性や業績の向上のため、各部門のマネージャーに人事関連の情報提供や指導を行ってください。 ・新規採用の従業員を迎えてオリエンテーションを行ってください。 ・全従業員の正確な人事ファイルの作成・更新を監督してください。 ・採用基準や適切な法令への準拠を徹底してください。 ・外部関係者との良好な関係を築いてください。 ・人事予算の作成を支援し、予算内で業務を行うよう努めてください。 ・経費管理を目的とした人員配置と労働基準の監視を行ってください。 ・労務関連の問題に付随する財務リスク軽減に努めてください。 ・経済的競争力を確保するため、地域の賃金や福利厚生を確認・分析してください。 ・地域社会でのホテルとブランドの認知を確立し、スタッフの地域社会への参加を促してください。 ・関連する雇用法やホテル・会社の定める方針と手続きの順守を徹底してください。 ・職場の問題を調査・追求して事実の把握や潜在的リスクの特定を図り、ホテルの従業員関係プログラムを通して問題解決を促してください。 ・退職者面接、離職者数の統計、常習的欠勤のレポートからデータを収集・管理し、就労傾向や研修のニーズ、監督上の問題点を明らかにしてください。 ・労働組合においては、労使関係を管理し、苦情・仲裁・調停・契約交渉でホテルを代表する場合があります。 ・全員で協力する必要のある予想外のことが起きた場合は、臨時の業務にも臨機応変に対応してください。 Key Responsibilities ・Create a program to create a pleasant work environment for all employees.
