※このポジションの勤務地は、兵庫県尼崎市です。 新しくローンチされる事業所になるため、入社後、数カ月間は他の事業所でトレーニング（出張ベース）をしていただく予定です。 ◆尼崎センタープール前駅（阪神）から徒歩10分 ◆尼崎駅（JR）、西宮北口駅（阪急）よりシャトルバス運行予定（各所要30分） ◆自家用車通勤可能（申請制） 本ポジションは新たなAmazon物流拠点トランスセンター（以下TC）の立ち上げメンバーの募集となり、物流未経験からキャリアアップ可能なポジションです。前職ではアパレルや飲食・小売・営業職・アミューズメント・コールセンターなど、全く違う業種で働かれていた方が数多く活躍されています。私達と一緒に新たにAmazonの歴史を作り上げましょう！ 現在は当たり前となった「お急ぎ便」「お届け日時指定便」「当日便」は、お客様の利便性を追求し実現した、日本発の配送サービスです。そのサービスを実現しているのはAmazonの心臓部である物流拠点、フルフィルメントセンター（以下FC）の仕組みにあります。今後さらなるお客様への利便性向上のためにFCへ商品を入荷させる前にTCを拡大させていきます。尼崎TCは最新の自社テクノロジーを導入する事で更なる最適化に挑戦します。本年も継続して事業の拡大に伴い、私達と一緒にお客様起点に考え、チームメンバーのサポートを含めた更なるイノベーションを自身から発信していただける情熱的な仲間・ライフワークハーモニーな環境創出に寄与出来る仲間を「プロセスアシスタント」として募集します。 ■業務内容■ 「プロセスアシスタント」には、他業種・職種も含めこれまでの経験、スキルを活かし、改善点を模索しながら、より便利でお客様に満足いただける高い品質のサービスを提供できるビジネスをつくる事、そして先進テクノロジーと「People First」の考え方で、安全・快適・楽しい職場環境の構築を行う、将来の組織のリーダーを目指していただける事を期待しています。 具体的な業務は以下の通りです。 ① 安全・品質・作業効率の向上 安全安心な作業環境の維持・向上のため、日々の安全活動、品質チェックに加え、多岐にわたる問題解決・改善活動を行います。 ②日々のオペレーション対応 Area Managerが作成したDailyのOperationサイクルの実行を担当します。Operationの実績集約、各作業の完了確認、各部署からのエスカレへの対応、システムやツールの設定およびデータ更新などを行い、健全なサイト運営をサポートします。 ③ 担当プロセスの安全・品質・作業効率の向上 日々のOperationにおいてお客様にお約束した納期を確実守るため、物量の上振れや下振れ、急な労働力不足、システムトラブル等の変動要素に際し、マネージャーの指示のもと迅速に対応していくことが求められます。日々の安全活動、品質チェックに加え、作業環境の改善、トレーニングの進捗管理など多岐にわたる改善活動を担当します。 ④ 現場改善活動への参画 Amazonでは日々改善が推進されています。プロセスアシスタントはマネージャーの指示のもと、安全上のリスクや生産性を改善するアクションに参画し、QCサークルやLean Basicのメンバーとして現場改善活動を完遂します。慢性的に発生している問題を発見しエスカレし、有効な解決策を提案し、上長サポートのもとでメカニズムの構築に導きます。 ⑤新規プロジェクトの導入・セール時など、オペレーション拡大時の準備 新しいサービスやシステムの導入に備え、現場での手順変更・導入方法を検討し円滑な導入に向けて準備を行います。また、新規入職者でもAmazonの標準作業に則った手順がスムーズに身につくためのトレーニング構築やマニュアルを作成します。 ⑥チームメンバーへのサポート 現場業務の詳細まで熟知し、ワーカーさんへのトレーニングを独自で行います。同Job Levelの部署内外新メンバーのメンターを担当し、新メンバーがキャッチアップするためのサポートを提供します。 ■働き方■ ・勤務形態：1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制のシフト勤務。 ・勤務時間：1日8時間勤務、1ヶ月を平均して1週間40時間を超えない範囲で設定します。 ・休日：年間120日（月平均10日） ※日勤を中心とした夜勤含む2～3シフトで会社が決定します。配属部署や繁忙期によっては、夜勤割合に違いがあります。その際は日勤・夜勤シフトの間に必ず公休を挟み、負担が少ないよう配慮しています。 ・通勤手段：公共交通機関（および徒歩）、自転車、自家用車から選択可能 ■福利厚生■
