企業概要 Santenは、眼科医療に特化した130年の歴史を持つ製薬企業です。日本発のグローバル企業として60カ国以上に拠点を持ち、目の健康のために様々な革新的な治療法とデジタルソリューションを提供し、世界中の人々の視覚に関わる社会問題に取り組んでいます。 日本コンプライアンスチーム担当は、セイフティーヴィジランス コンプライアンスグループの一員として、日本含むグローバルでの参天セイフティーヴィジランス体制を堅牢に維持し、環境変化や技術革新に適合して組織を強化させていくことを期待されています。規制遵守100%を維持するため、新規制の発出や医療業界の動向を常にモニタリングし、日本ローカルだけでなくグローバルでの業務操作手順書（SOP）の作成・改訂と管理、教育訓練の実施、pharmacovigilance契約締結を含む委受託マネジメント、逸脱への改善措置、文書管理、事業継続性の確保、ならびに規制当局やパートナー会社からの査察・監査対応をリードする役割があります。また、Global One Voiceでの個別症例報告・集積評価・安全対策立案に不可欠なIT基盤である安全性データベースの維持管理をサポートする役割も期待されています。 この日本コンプライアンスチームの上級担当者として、組織マネージャーを補佐し、支援を得ながら、セイフティーヴィジランス業務全般に精通して、堅牢な安全監視体制の構築・維持・改善に専念し、組織内リーダーとして責務を果たす役割を担っていただきます。 求人内容 日本含むグローバルでの医薬品及び医療機器での安全管理規制を踏またSOPの作成・改訂と管理、および教育訓練の実施 Pharmacovigilance 契約締結を含む関連会社の委受託マネジメント 逸脱や不遵守に対する効果的なCAPAの実装 国内外新規発出規制の監視とインパクト評価（regulatory intelligence） 規制当局やパートナー会社からの査察・監査対応（inspection readiness） 文書管理、事業継続性の確保 安全性データベース維持管理のサポート 資格 【求める経験・スキル】 GVP／GPSP／GCPや関連する国内外薬事規制など、医薬品・医療機器の安全性監視に関する知識を有すること。これを元にインパクト評価やリスク評価を行える方。 医薬品・医療機器の個別症例報告・集積報告・医薬品リスク管理計画（RMP）・適正使用活動を含むセイフティーヴィジランス業務全般に精通し、総合的な見地から課題提起と解決策の提案を行える方。 社外組織、顧客および社内関連部門との交渉・調整を適切に行い、業務を推進できる方。 英語（writing skillとして、契約書、SOP等の作成および教育を行えるレベル、海外メンバーと会話で意思疎通ができ、プレゼンテーション周知を行えるレベル：ＴＯＥＩＣスコアで700以上を想定。） メンバーの育成・指導を積極的に行い、集団での業務遂行を促進できる方。 【上記に加え、あれば望ましい経験・スキル】 文書管理ITであるVeeva Quality DocsやCAPA管理ITとして使用するシステム（Trackwise等）の操作経験を有する方。 EU GVPについて基本的な知識を有する方。 【求める人物像】 People centricityのマインドセットの下、使命感を持って業務遂行いただける方 国内外を問わず部門内やベンダーとのコミュニケーションを多とする職務であるため、協調性と主体性のバランス感覚・対人関係能力の高い方。 課題解決に対する能動的姿勢をお持ちの方
