This department provides solutions centered on mobile services for corporate clients. You will join us as a core member to drive business expansion.

Technical Areas of Responsibility and Position Details

You will be responsible for planning new services and considering improvement measures for existing services. This involves collaborating with development departments within Rakuten Mobile and other Rakuten Group companies to turn solutions into services, as well as reselling third-party products, including those from overseas. When handling third-party products, you will also be responsible for negotiating with vendor developers.

Beyond mere project management, you will be involved in the entire lifecycle of business creation-from service development and operational structuring to sales planning. You will lead DX strategies and problem-solving by building consensus among a diverse range of stakeholders, including management, development, sales, and promotion teams. With opportunities such as weekly presentations to executive leadership, you will be deeply involved at the heart of the business. This is a highly rewarding role where you can drive the "entire service" with a strong sense of ownership, rather than just handling an isolated segment of the work.

Mandatory Qualifications:

- 3+ years of practical experience in the IT industry
- Practical experience in project facilitation
- Experience creating reports and proposal materials using Excel and PowerPoint (internal or external)
- Ability to conduct business within Japan
- Experience working in Japan and holding a valid status of residence that allows for employment
- Business-level or higher Japanese proficiency (reading, writing, and fluent conversation)
- Ability to work from the office at least 4 days a week
